goodly_a fair_a building_n and_o sundry_a kind_n of_o herb_n and_o tree_n and_o bird_n and_o beast_n and_o no_o man_n he_o will_v present_o reason_v thus_o with_o himself_o these_o building_n be_v the_o workmanship_n of_o some_o man_n they_o be_v not_o from_o all_o eternity_n they_o do_v not_o rear_v themselves_o neither_o do_v the_o herb_n the_o tree_n the_o bird_n or_o the_o beast_n build_v as_o have_v all_o namely_o substance_n life_n sense_n and_o reason_n as_o man_n now_o these_o four_o sort_n of_o creature_n excel_v one_o another_o in_o property_n and_o degree_n for_o the_o first_o of_o they_o which_o be_v mere_a substance_n do_v serve_v those_o that_o have_v life_n as_o the_o tree_n and_o the_o plant_n the_o tree_n &_o the_o plant_n serve_v the_o creature_n that_o have_v sense_n &_o life_n as_o the_o beast_n and_o the_o fish_n the_o beast_n and_o the_o fish_n serve_v man_n that_o have_v substance_n life_n sense_n and_o reason_n and_o among_o they_o all_o we_o see_v that_o those_o which_o have_v more_o gift_n be_v serve_v of_o those_o which_o have_v less_o as_o the_o sun_n and_o moon_n serve_v the_o plant_n the_o plant_n and_o herb_n serve_v the_o beast_n and_o the_o beast_n serve_v man_n and_o that_o creature_n that_o have_v most_o gift_n be_v serve_v of_o all_o man_n therefore_o excel_v all_o these_o must_v have_v something_o to_o honour_n and_o serve_v which_o must_v be_v more_o excellent_a than_o the_o other_o creature_n yea_o than_o himself_o and_o that_o be_v a_o substance_n uncreate_v most_o holy_a most_o wise_a eternal_a infinite_a and_o this_o be_v god_n three_o all_o particular_a creature_n whether_o in_o heaven_n or_o in_o earth_n be_v refer_v to_o their_o certain_a particular_a and_o peculiar_a end_n wherein_o every_o one_o of_o they_o even_o the_o base_a and_o mean_a be_v employ_v and_o which_o they_o do_v all_o accomplish_v in_o their_o kind_n and_o this_o be_v a_o plain_a proof_n that_o there_o be_v one_o that_o excel_v in_o church_n yet_o the_o truth_n be_v they_o be_v not_o whole_o cut_v off_o from_o the_o society_n of_o the_o faithful_a for_o the_o seed_n of_o faith_n remain_v in_o they_o and_o that_o knit_v the_o bond_n of_o conjunction_n with_o christ_n though_o the_o sense_n thereof_o be_v lose_v until_o they_o repent_v in_o this_o case_n the_o party_n excommunicate_a be_v as_o a_o free_a man_n in_o bond_n who_o until_o he_o get_v out_o of_o prison_n have_v no_o use_n of_o his_o freedom_n and_o yet_o continue_v a_o free_a man_n still_o though_o he_o remain_v in_o prison_n so_o also_o the_o child_n of_o answer_n to_o the_o question_v propound_v namely_o that_o the_o child_n of_o such_o person_n as_o be_v excommunicate_v be_v notwithstanding_o their_o excommunication_n to_o be_v baptize_v because_o they_o be_v indeed_o and_o in_o the_o judgement_n of_o charity_n true_a member_n of_o the_o body_n of_o christ_n though_o in_o some_o other_o regard_v they_o be_v not_o in_o present_a hold_v so_o to_o such_o infant_n belong_v to_o the_o covenant_n and_o consequent_o keep_v they_o from_o the_o sacrament_n of_o baptism_n out_o of_o this_o question_n arise_v a_o second_o whether_o child_n bear_v in_o fornication_n have_v right_a to_o baptism_n ans._n they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v keep_v from_o it_o for_o the_o wickedness_n of_o the_o parent_n ought_v not_o to_o prejudice_n the_o child_n in_o thing_n
