before_o our_o justice_n where_o it_o be_v find_v misfortune_n in_o the_o time_n of_o this_o statute_n it_o seem_v there_o be_v two_o jury_n the_o grand_a jury_n and_o the_o jury_n of_o life_n and_o death_n to_o present_v and_o try_v the_o offence_n of_o murder_n otherwise_o the_o justice_n can_v not_o judge_v of_o it_o they_o never_o pass_v judgement_n upon_o a_o grand_a jury_n presentment_n which_o by_o the_o way_n show_n that_o it_o be_v leave_v to_o the_o judge_n not_o the_o grand_a jury_n upon_o the_o examination_n of_o the_o cause_n in_o trial_n by_o the_o jury_n of_o life_n and_o
