not_o that_o how_o can_v we_o find_v any_o sweetness_n in_o serve_v and_o honour_v of_o he_o and_o how_o or_o with_o what_o courage_n can_v we_o pray_v to_o he_o what_o praise_n can_v we_o offer_v to_o he_o too_o be_v short_a it_o stand_v we_o on_o hand_n too_o be_v certify_v of_o the_o infinite_a good_a that_o be_v do_v we_o by_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n too_o the_o end_n we_o may_v be_v ravish_v in_o love_n with_o our_o god_n and_o inflame_v with_o a_o right_a zeal_n to_o obey_v he_o and_o hold_v ourselves_o short_a under_o his_o awe_n too_o honour_v he_o with_o all_o our_o thought_n his_o own_o person_n when_o he_o go_v about_o our_o salvation_n true_a it_o be_v that_o he_o be_v give_v we_o of_o god_n 16._o who_o as_o it_o be_v say_v in_o the_o three_o of_o saint_n john_n do_v love_v the_o world_n so_o well_o that_o he_o spare_v not_o his_o only_a son_n but_o give_v he_o too_o the_o death_n for_o our_o sake_n yet_o notwithstanding_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n also_o do_v give_v himself_o 18._o no_o man_n take_v my_o life_n from_o i_o say_v he_o but_o i_o lay_v it_o down_o for_o it_o be_v requisite_a that_o the_o sacrifyzce_n which_o he_o offer_v for_o the_o christ_n show_v how_o dear_a we_o be_v too_o he_o and_o how_o precious_a our_o soul_n be_v in_o his_o sight_n sith_o he_o vouchsafe_v too_o give_v himself_o after_o that_o fashion_n now_o then_o on_o the_o one_o side_n the_o husband_n must_v consider_v well_o here_o what_o they_o owe_v too_o their_o wife_n that_o be_v too_o wit_n that_o they_o shall_v be_v as_o â—eere_o too_o they_o as_o their_o as_o it_o be_v with_o our_o countenance_n upright_o but_o that_o our_o sin_n be_v do_v away_o by_o the_o sacrifice_n that_o be_v offer_v too_o set_v we_o at_o one_o with_o god_n then_o until_o we_o be_v wash_v and_o scour_v clean_o by_o the_o blood_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n we_o be_v foul_a before_o god_n than_o any_o leapar_n we_o be_v full_a of_o all_o manner_n of_o filth_n and_o infection_n and_o too_o be_v short_a all_o that_o we_o can_v bring_v shall_v but_o provoke_v god_n wrath_n and_o the_o virtue_n that_o man_n esteem_v great_a shall_v be_v but_o loathsomeness_n therefore_o we_o must_v embrace_v the_o sacrifice_n whereby_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n have_v reconcile_v we_o too_o god_n his_o father_n and_o his_o blood_n must_v flow_v down_o upon_o our_o soul_n too_o cleanse_v we_o from_o our_o filthiness_n and_o spot_n nevertheless_o it_o be_v not_o without_o cause_n that_o saint_n paul_n set_v we_o down_o baptism_n here_o not_o that_o we_o be_v make_v clean_o by_o that_o neither_o be_v it_o his_o meaning_n too_o turn_v we_o aside_o from_o the_o death_n and_o passion_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ._n but_o forasmuch_o as_o we_o be_v dust_n and_o gross_a and_o understand_v not_o the_o spiritual_a benefit_n so_o well_o as_o be_v requisite_n therefore_o saint_n paul_n conform_v himself_o too_o our_o rudeness_n and_o infirmity_n have_v show_v we_o here_o our_o wash_a by_o a_o visible_a sign_n that_o we_o may_v the_o better_a profit_n ourselves_o by_o this_o manner_n of_o speech_n let_v we_o consider_v too_o what_o end_n baptism_n be_v ordain_v and_o whereunto_o it_o serve_v when_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n command_v we_o too_o be_v baptize_v in_o his_o name_n mean_v he_o too_o
we_o look_v too_o the_o discharge_n of_o his_o own_o duty_n in_o deed_n i_o can_v as_o now_o go_v through_o with_o the_o thing_n that_o be_v enjoin_v here_o to_o child_n &_o to_o father_n &_o mother_n &_o therefore_o i_o will_v reserve_v they_o to_o another_o time_n yet_o notwithstanding_o for_o a_o short_a conclusion_n let_v we_o understand_v that_o god_n allure_v we_o too_o our_o duty_n by_o show_v that_o he_o seek_v nothing_o else_o but_o our_o welfare_n and_o benefit_n too_o the_o intent_n that_o we_o shall_v with_o a_o frank_a and_o free_a heart_n receive_v the_o yoke_n that_o he_o lay_v upon_o our_o shoulder_n and_o although_o it_o be_v a_o irksome_a thing_n too_o be_v subject_a too_o those_o who_o god_n have_v appoint_v too_o be_v superior_n over_o we_o yet_o when_o we_o have_v first_o condemn_v ourselves_o for_o it_o let_v we_o nevertheless_o yield_v to_o that_o which_o he_o say_v and_o utter_v assure_v ourselves_o thâ—t_o he_o procure_v our_o welfare_n &_o will_v servant_n howbeit_o not_o of_o such_o servant_n as_o we_o have_v now_o adays_o for_o at_o that_o time_n there_o be_v no_o servant_n that_o serve_v a_o year_n or_o two_o for_o wage_n but_o they_o be_v hold_v in_o bondage_n for_o life_n and_o death_n and_o be_v in_o the_o same_o take_v that_o they_o be_v who_o now_o adays_o we_o call_v bondslave_n but_o we_o need_v not_o too_o stand_v any_o long_a as_o now_o too_o have_v further_a knowledge_n of_o they_o yet_o notwithstanding_o we_o have_v great_a cause_n too_o praise_n god_n for_o take_v away_o of_o such_o bondage_n from_o among_o man_n for_o no_o doubt_n but_o it_o be_v too_o excessive_a a_o authority_n which_o master_n have_v in_o those_o day_n over_o their_o servant_n they_o hold_v they_o as_o brute_n beast_n and_o they_o have_v liberty_n too_o kill_v they_o for_o every_o fault_n and_o in_o deed_n they_o have_v prison_n in_o their_o house_n to_o keep_v they_o lock_v in_o the_o stock_n they_o rack_v they_o they_o rend_v they_o in_o piece_n and_o too_o be_v short_a they_o use_v they_o horrible_o yea_o and_o even_o beastly_a yet_o notwithstanding_o because_o of_o man_n naughtiness_n it_o be_v our_o lord_n will_n that_o this_o state_n shall_v be_v still_o suffer_v moreover_o we_o see_v that_o even_o they_o which_o be_v avow_a too_o have_v live_v in_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n and_o to_o have_v excel_v in_o his_o church_n leave_v not_o too_o keep_v bondman_n or_o slave_n in_o their_o house_n howbeit_o they_o use_v another_o manner_n of_o gentleness_n towards_o they_o than_o the_o infidel_n do_v according_a as_o we_o outrage_n be_v do_v unto_o they_o there_o be_v a_o great_a number_n of_o those_o bondfolke_n and_o rich_fw-fr man_n have_v as_o it_o be_v half_a army_n of_o they_o insomuch_o that_o some_o have_v
