therefore_o the_o minister_n be_v send_v for_o and_o repair_v to_o the_o sick_a be_v to_o apply_v himself_o with_o all_o tenderness_n and_o love_n to_o administer_v some_o spiritual_a good_a to_o his_o soul_n to_o this_o effect_n he_o may_v from_o the_o consideration_n of_o the_o present_a sickness_n instruct_v he_o out_o of_o scripture_n that_o disease_n come_v not_o by_o chance_n or_o by_o distemper_n of_o body_n only_o but_o by_o the_o wise_a and_o orderly_a guidance_n of_o the_o good_a hand_n of_o god_n to_o every_o particular_a person_n smite_v by_o they_o and_o that_o whether_o it_o be_v lay_v upon_o he_o out_o of_o displeasure_n for_o sin_n for_o his_o correction_n and_o amendment_n or_o for_o trial_n and_o exercise_v of_o his_o grace_n or_o for_o other_o special_a and_o
