moral_n and_o so_o unfit_a for_o that_o service_n yet_o their_o authority_n will_v be_v continue_v 12._o for_o a_o knight_n citizen_n or_o burgess_n can_v make_v no_o proxy_n and_o sickness_n etc._n statute_n by_o a_o other_o the_o first_o general_a clause_n of_o the_o statute_n 17_o car._n respect_v the_o effect_n viz._n that_o they_o shall_v not_o be_v dissolve_v etc._n etc._n and_o this_o i_o call_v conservatory_n and_o after_o come_v another_o clause_n which_o respect_v the_o cause_n of_o their_o dissolution_n viz._n and_o that_o all_o and_o every_o thing_n and_o thing_n do_v or_o to_o be_v do_v for_o the_o adjournment_n prorogue_n or_o dissolve_v of_o this_o present_a parliament_n contrary_a to_o this_o present_a act_n shall_v be_v utter_o void_a and_o of_o none_o effect_n which_o parliament_n have_v no_o establishment_n of_o their_o continuance_n against_o a_o dissolution_n by_o discontinuance_n or_o the_o king_n death_n which_o have_v both_o happen_v during_o their_o fork_n and_o if_o that_o break_v he_o must_v despair_v of_o victory_n but_o he_o fortify_v his_o distinction_n with_o a_o interrogatory_n upon_o which_o he_o frame_v a_o dilemma_n which_o be_v answer_v before_o viz._n that_o a_o parliament_n can_v de_fw-fr jure_fw-la extend_v its_o continuance_n beyond_o the_o king_n life_n in_o whole_a time_n they_o be_v summon_v but_o by_o the_o people_n will_v give_v you_o a_o precedent_n of_o it_o which_o be_v not_o beyond_o the_o memory_n of_o man_n yet_o i_o confess_v that_o if_o the_o money_n borrow_v by_o the_o long_a parliament_n in_o 17_o car._n be_v not_o pay_v by_o that_o parliament_n although_o they_o sit_v till_o the_o king_n death_n which_o be_v many_o year_n afterwards_o it_o be_v most_o certain_o true_a that_o the_o general_a rule_n do_v fail_v in_o that_o particular_a instance_n and_o till_o now_o very_a few_o of_o this_o kingdom_n do_v ever_o know_v or_o suppose_v that_o that_o parliament_n have_v leave_v the_o nation_n
