misdemeanour_n offence_n contempt_n or_o default_n whatsoever_o before_o in_o or_o by_o these_o present_n or_o any_o the_o letter_n patent_n act_n of_o parliament_n ordinance_n decree_n or_o the_o chief_a justice_n declare_v that_o he_o think_v it_o most_o reasonable_a that_o after_o he_o have_v be_v treat_v with_o so_o great_a clemency_n and_o yet_o render_v himself_o incorrigible_a he_o order_v that_o jenkins_n shall_v be_v forthwith_o return_v back_o to_o prison_n until_o he_o have_v give_v satisfaction_n to_o the_o precedent_n and_o censor_n some_o friend_n of_o jenkins_n move_v that_o he_o may_v give_v security_n for_o his_o appearance_n and_o not_o be_v reimprison_v the_o chief_a justice_n answer_v that_o it_o be_v not_o in_o his_o power_n to_o grant_v their_o request_n
