the_o world_n how_o disdainful_o will_v he_o count_v and_o speak_v of_o the_o open_a sinner_n and_o will_v spit_v at_o he_o the_o severe_a censurer_n that_o ever_o be_v be_v a_o hypocrite_n and_o then_o he_o will_v stand_v up_o admire_v of_o himself_o and_o his_o colour_a righteousness_n and_o say_v i_o thank_v god_n i_o be_o not_o like_o other_o man_n and_o what_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o this_o the_o lord_n say_v the_o hypocrite_n be_v nothing_o but_o a_o white_v tomb_n a_o paint_a grave_n that_o within_o be_v full_a of_o dead_a man_n bone_n stink_n and_o filthiness_n matth._n 23._o disdain_v thyself_o and_o thou_o will_v be_v incline_v to_o judge_v charitable_o of_o a_o poor_a sinner_n thou_o will_v not_o be_v so_o sore_a and_o rigorous_a a_o censurer_n of_o other_o as_o thou_o be_v and_o if_o thou_o see_v what_o kind_n of_o stuff_n be_v within_o thyself_o howbeit_o it_o break_v not_o out_o thou_o will_v say_v now_o i_o see_v as_o great_a corruption_n in_o myself_o as_o in_o tho_o it_o be_v with_o our_o destruction_n it_o be_v not selfe-love_o selfe-loue_n that_o bring_v honour_n and_o glory_n only_a honour_n be_v of_o god_n &_o thou_o shall_v never_o get_v honour_n except_o thou_o cast_v away_o self-love_n that_o god_n may_v be_v glorify_v then_o to_o go_v forward_o paul_n must_v have_v something_o for_o he_o why_o he_o will_v be_v mad_a for_o god_n cause_n he_o see_v that_o it_o be_v a_o thing_n altogether_o impossible_a except_o that_o almighty_a spirit_n of_o god_n be_v present_a and_o work_v it_o effectual_o in_o the_o soul_n all_o the_o king_n of_o the_o earth_n with_o all_o their_o weapon_n and_o engine_n of_o war_n can_v be_v able_a to_o do_v it_o no_o all_o the_o angel_n in_o heaven_n be_v not_o able_a to_o accomplish_v this_o work_n the_o weapon_n of_o our_o warrefare_a say_v paul_n be_v not_o carnal_a but_o mighty_a through_o god_n to_o cast_v down_o strong_a hold_n cast_v down_o imagination_n and_o every_o high_a thing_n that_o be_v exalt_v against_o the_o knowledge_n of_o god_n and_o bring_v into_o captivity_n every_o thought_n to_o the_o obedience_n of_o christ_n 2._o cor._n 10._o 4._o 5._o there_o be_v no_o power_n in_o heaven_n or_o earth_n but_o only_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n that_o be_v able_a to_o renew_v one_o creature_n and_o this_o power_n be_v grant_v to_o this_o our_o ministry_n the_o preach_n of_o the_o euangell_n let_v great_a man_n let_v worldly_a man_n esteem_v of_o it_o as_o they_o please_v god_n have_v ordain_v this_o ministry_n to_o minister_v this_o wonderful_a power_n whereby_o the_o soul_n of_o man_n shall_v be_v regenerate_v further_o thou_o must_v understand_v that_o this_o regeneration_n be_v not_o perfect_v in_o a_o instant_n but_o in_o process_n of_o time_n it_o must_v continue_v all_o the_o day_n of_o thy_o life_n so_o long_o as_o thou_o live_v albeit_o thou_o live_v a_o thousand_o year_n this_o old_a man_n will_v not_o be_v perfect_o and_o altogether_o mortify_v and_o slay_v till_o the_o hour_n of_o death_n thou_o must_v all_o the_o day_n of_o thy_o life-time_n be_v groan_v under_o the_o burden_n of_o sin_n subject_n to_o cross_n and_o trouble_n away_o with_o lightheaded_a sinner_n who_o say_v they_o will_v always_o have_v their_o heart_n up_o sadness_n become_v a_o sinner_n well_o and_o thou_o must_v strive_v to_o find_v the_o new_a man_n to_o be_v renew_v degree_n by_o degree_n piece_n and_o piece_n even_o till_o at_o last_o death_n be_v swallow_v up_o of_o life_n and_o mortality_n of_o immortality_n and_o if_o thou_o will_v have_v this_o work_n to_o go_v forward_o in_o thou_o then_o set_v evermore_o jesus_n thy_o lord_n and_o thy_o head_n before_o the_o eye_n of_o thy_o soul_n look_v upon_o he_o with_o the_o eye_n of_o faith_n for_o it_o be_v only_o his_o presence_n &_o the_o sight_n of_o his_o glory_n that_o work_v this_o marvelous_a change_n for_o there_o be_v a_o great_a odds_n between_o the_o sight_n of_o his_o glory_n and_o the_o sight_n of_o the_o glory_n of_o worldly_a prince_n for_o the_o sight_n of_o their_o glory_n will_v not_o change_v thou_o nor_o make_v thou_o glorious_a but_o vanish_v away_o in_o a_o moment_n but_o the_o sight_n of_o the_o glory_n of_o jesus_n shall_v change_v thou_o and_o make_v thou_o glorious_a whensoever_o thou_o behold_v he_o either_o by_o faith_n in_o this_o world_n or_o else_o face_n to_o face_n in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o glory_n for_o when_o thou_o behold_v he_o with_o the_o eye_n of_o faith_n here_o thou_o shall_v be_v change_v according_a to_o the_o measure_n of_o thy_o faith_n and_o because_o thy_o faith_n be_v imperfect_a thy_o change_n here_o must_v be_v imperfect_a but_o when_o thou_o shall_v see_v he_o face_n to_o face_n and_o behold_v he_o as_o he_o be_v then_o shall_v thou_o be_v like_a unto_o he_o in_o glory_n thy_o change_n shall_v be_v perfect_a his_o presence_n shall_v be_v effectual_a to_o change_v thy_o vile_a body_n and_o to_o fashion_v it_o like_v unto_o his_o own_o glorious_a body_n when_o thou_o behold_v his_o glory_n thou_o shall_v be_v change_v into_o the_o same_o glory_n therefore_o you_o see_v what_o need_n we_o have_v to_o find_v this_o regeneration_n begin_v in_o we_o here_o and_o to_o find_v a_o continual_a progress_n therein_o all_o the_o day_n of_o our_o life_n that_o so_o we_o may_v be_v assure_v that_o the_o lord_n shall_v commit_n to_o he_o the_o message_n of_o reconciliation_n &_o make_v he_o a_o apostle_n to_o preach_v repentance_n and_o remission_n of_o sin_n to_o other_o as_o the_o mercy_n which_o he_o find_v be_v wondrous_a great_a so_o be_v he_o wondrous_a careful_a always_o to_o testify_v his_o thankfulness_n to_o god_n and_o to_o the_o end_n the_o more_o cheerful_o he_o may_v praise_v &_o thank_v god_n he_o consider_v and_o set_v down_o by_o degree_n and_o in_o order_n his_o unworthiness_n and_o the_o evil_a deed_n that_o he_o do_v notwithstanding_o whereof_o the_o lord_n extend_v his_o mercy_n most_o worthy_a a_o thing_n be_v give_v unto_o he_o and_o that_o he_o himself_o be_v so_o unworthy_a he_o know_v not_o what_o thank_v to_o give_v he_o can_v devise_v what_o manner_n of_o way_n to_o testify_v his_o thankfulness_n if_o once_o we_o can_v see_v what_o god_n be_v how_o
