thing_n premise_v we_o come_v now_o to_o handle_v the_o two_o main_a thing_n considerable_a in_o this_o day_n of_o adversity_n namely_o the_o cause_n and_o the_o cure_n of_o the_o great_a and_o many_o distemper_n that_o make_v we_o thus_o miserable_a as_o we_o be_v and_o as_o for_o the_o cause_n the_o efficient_a i_o have_v show_v you_o be_v god_n the_o material_a sin_n the_o final_a repentance_n as_o for_o the_o formal_a i_o tell_v you_o we_o will_v wave_v it_o for_o the_o present_a the_o evil_n which_o we_o feel_v proceed_v from_o god_n procure_v by_o sin_n and_o inflict_v to_o the_o end_n we_o shall_v repent_v and_o amend_v and_o so_o this_o consideration_n afford_v we_o this_o point_n of_o instruction_n that_o god_n indignation_n move_v against_o sin_n call_v for_o our_o repentance_n in_o the_o second_o place_n the_o cure_n we_o have_v find_v upon_o enquiry_n to_o be_v humiliation_n and_o reformation_n humiliation_n under_o the_o mighty_a hand_n of_o god_n reformation_n of_o our_o evil_a life_n and_o corrupt_a conversation_n and_o from_o hence_o arise_v this_o observation_n that_o humiliation_n and_o reformation_n be_v the_o only_a mean_n to_o pacify_v god_n indignation_n and_o to_o remove_v our_o affliction_n and_o these_o be_v the_o thing_n which_o we_o be_v chief_o in_o this_o day_n of_o adversity_n to_o consider_v of_o which_o in_o their_o order_n as_o brief_o and_o plain_o as_o possible_o may_v be_v and_o first_o of_o the_o first_o the_o cause_n of_o the_o evil_n under_o which_o we_o now_o suffer_v god_n sin_n repentance_n god_n the_o efficient_a sin_n the_o material_a repentance_n the_o final_a they_o proceed_v from_o god_n procure_v by_o sin_n and_o inflict_v to_o the_o end_n we_o shall_v repent_v and_o amend_v god_n indignation_n move_v against_o sin_n
