expend_v therein_o show_v our_o gracious_a inclination_n and_o purpose_n for_o the_o maintenance_n and_o encouragement_n of_o the_o say_a manufacture_n and_o for_o the_o effectual_a put_n in_o execution_n the_o law_n already_o make_v against_o such_o exportation_n and_o yet_o the_o method_n take_v for_o prevention_n of_o the_o great_a abuse_n therein_o have_v not_o hitherto_o meet_v with_o answerable_a success_n but_o the_o say_a offence_n be_v now_o become_v a_o most_o notorious_a and_o common_a nuisance_n by_o the_o practice_n of_o divers_a evil_n dispose_v person_n who_o be_v divers_a great_a quantity_n of_o wool_n wooll-fells_a mortlings_o shorling_n yarn_n make_v of_o wool_n wooll-flock_n fuller_n earth_n full_v clay_n and_o tobacco-pipe_n day_n wherein_o they_o be_v also_o assist_v by_o many_o dissolute_a and_o desperate_a person_n in_o great_a number_n insomuch_o that_o our_o officer_n and_o other_o due_o impower_v and_o endeavour_v to_o resist_v and_o prevent_v they_o therein_o be_v often_o in_o peril_n even_o of_o their_o life_n and_o by_o the_o number_n of_o offender_n be_v much_o discourage_v from_o do_v their_o duty_n and_o whereas_o divers_a of_o our_o love_a subject_n from_o divers_a part_n of_o this_o kingdom_n be_v trader_n and_o dealer_n in_o the_o woollen_a manufacture_n by_o their_o humble_a petition_n have_v propose_v to_o we_o that_o they_o be_v willing_a to_o make_v a_o voluntary_a contribution_n among_o themselves_o as_o a_o far_a mean_n to_o suppress_v the_o say_v offender_n and_o for_o that_o purpose_n have_v humble_o beseech_v we_o to_o grant_v they_o our_o royal_a licence_n and_o authority_n to_o make_v a_o collection_n of_o money_n to_o defray_v the_o charge_n of_o prosecute_a and_o prevent_v the_o say_a offence_n and_o mischief_n which_o charge_n will_v be_v very_o considerable_a in_o regard_n of_o the_o great_a number_n of_o offender_n throughout_o our_o say_a kingdom_n we_o therefore_o out_o of_o our_o gracious_a and_o princely_a care_n of_o the_o good_a and_o welfare_n of_o our_o people_n have_v think_v fit_a by_o our_o royal_a commission_n under_o our_o great_a seal_n bear_v date_n the_o eight_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o june_n last_o pass_v direct_v to_o several_a person_n therein_o mention_v for_o prevent_v the_o exportation_n to_o wool_n to_o empower_v and_o authorize_v they_o or_o any_o seven_o or_o more_o of_o they_o from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o cause_n to_o be_v prosecute_v and_o put_v in_o execution_n the_o several_a law_n make_v against_o the_o exportation_n of_o wool_n wooll-fells_a and_o other_o the_o thing_n before_o mention_v out_o of_o our_o kingdom_n of_o england_n and_o ireland_n and_o also_o to_o collect_v gather_v and_o receive_v and_o to_o cause_n to_o be_v collect_v gather_v and_o receive_v from_o any_o of_o our_o subject_n whatsoever_o such_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n voluntary_o contribute_v advance_v and_o bestow_v for_o and_o in_o order_n to_o the_o prevent_v the_o exportation_n of_o wool_n wooll-fells_a and_o other_o the_o thing_n before_o mention_v out_o of_o our_o say_a kingdom_n and_o for_o the_o better_a discovery_n and_o punishment_n of_o the_o say_a offence_n and_o to_o employ_v the_o say_v money_n so_o collect_v according_o which_o voluntary_a contribution_n so_o to_o be_v make_v by_o any_o of_o our_o subject_n whatsoever_o to_o the_o end_n and_o purpose_n aforesaid_a we_o have_v think_v fit_a by_o the_o advice_n of_o our_o privy_a council_n and_o we_o do_v by_o this_o our_o royal_a proclamation_n allow_v recommend_v and_o approve_v not_o doubt_v but_o our_o love_a subject_n will_v cheerful_o and_o ready_o assist_v and_o promote_v so_o useful_a and_o public_a a_o work._n and_o further_o as_o well_o in_o pursuance_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a law_n as_o in_o virtue_n of_o our_o royal_a prerogative_n we_o do_v again_o hereby_o straight_o charge_v prohibit_v and_o command_v that_o no_o manner_n of_o sheep_n wool_n wooll-fells_a mortlings_o shorling_n yarn_n make_v of_o wool_n wooll-flock_n fuller_n earth_n full_v clay_n or_o tobacco-pipe_n
