because_o the_o minister_n be_v to_o blame_v he_o only_o be_v accountable_a for_o that_o for_o the_o people_n do_v not_o join_v with_o he_o in_o his_o omission_n but_o in_o that_o which_o be_v acceptable_a to_o god_n 2._o this_o gift_n of_o prayer_n be_v either_o natural_a or_o acquire_v for_o certain_o it_o be_v not_o inspire_a at_o ordination_n because_o the_o scripture_n do_v not_o
