one_o of_o the_o justice_n
and_o arrest_n which_o several_o by_o occasion_n of_o the_o appeal_v aforesaid_a they_o have_v sustain_v and_o the_o infamy_n which_o by_o the_o imprisonment_n defendant_n damage_n for_o the_o defendant_n and_o by_o other_o mean_v they_o have_v several_o incur_v as_o also_o for_o their_o expense_n and_o cost_n in_o that_o behalf_n lay_v out_o to_o a_o hundred_o pound_n and_o upon_o this_o the_o aforesaid_a john_n govor_n damage_n avowment_n that_o the_o plaintiff_n have_v not_o wherewith_o to_o satisfy_v the_o damage_n etc._n etc._n say_v that_o the_o aforesaid_a thomas_n beard_n have_v not_o whereof_o the_o aforesaid_a damage_n may_v be_v render_v unto_o they_o and_o pray_v that_o the_o justice_n here_o may_v inquire_v at_o which_o or_o who_o abet_v the_o appeal_n aforesaid_a by_o malice_n be_v form_v and_o upon_o this_o it_o be_v seek_v of_o the_o juror_n aforesaid_a if_o the_o aforesaid_a thomas_n beard_n have_v whereof_o to_o the_o aforesaid_a john_n glovor_n and_o form_n as_o the_o same_o i.d._n have_v above_o allege_v by_o plead_v and_o this_o he_o pray_v may_v be_v inquire_v of_o by_o the_o country_n and_o the_o aforesaid_a j.h._n in_o like_a manner_n etc._n etc._n church_n justification_n of_o assault_n and_o battary_n by_o a_o vicar_n for_o disturbance_n in_o the_o church_n and_o the_o aforesaid_a t._n by_o r.b._n his_o attorney_n come_v and_o defend_v there_o do_v canonical_o reprove_v and_o by_o his_o authority_n in_o that_o behalf_n admonish_v that_o he_o will_v desist_v therefrom_o and_o the_o same_o w._n this_o to_o do_v do_v contumelious_o deny_v by_o which_o the_o same_o t._n on_o the_o same_o w._n so_o disobey_v he_o as_o his_o curate_n do_v soft_o lay_v his_o hand_n upon_o he_o and_o he_o out_o of_o that_o church_n do_v soft_o put_v out_o &_o remove_v as_o it_o be_v lawful_a for_o he_o to_o do_v which_o say_v lay_v on_o of_o hand_n of_o he_o the_o say_v t._n on_o the_o aforesaid_a w._n out_o of_o the_o cause_n aforesaid_a be_v the_o aforesaid_a assault_n beat_v &c._n &c._n of_o the_o same_o w._n whereof_o he_o above_o against_o the_o same_o w._n complain_v and_o this_o etc._n etc._n whereupon_o he_o pray_v judgement_n whether_o the_o aforesaid_a w._n ought_v in_o this_o behalf_n to_o have_v his_o action_n aforesaid_a against_o he_o etc._n etc._n injury_n the_o plaintiff_n reply_v that_o he_o do_v it_o of_o his_o on_o he_o the_o say_v w._n at_o s._n aforesaid_a he_o make_v a_o assault_n and_o he_o do_v beat_v wound_n and_o evil_a handle_n in_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o the_o same_o w._n above_o against_o he_o complain_v and_o this_o he_o pray_v may_v be_v inquire_v of_o by_o the_o country_n and_o the_o aforesaid_a t._n in_o like_a manner_n etc._n etc._n and_o the_o aforesaid_a s.p._n by_o r.h._n his_o attorney_n come_v and_o defend_v the_o force_n and_o injury_n when_o &c._n &c._n and_o as_o to_o the_o come_n by_o force_n and_o arm_n or_o whatsoever_o which_o be_v against_o the_o peace_n house_n justify_v the_o assault_n in_o the_o defence_n of_o his_o title_n to_o put_v the_o plaintiff_n out_o of_o the_o house_n etc._n etc._n as_o also_o the_o whole_a trespass_n aforesaid_a beside_o the_o
