be_v pursue_v in_o all_o this_o justice_n charity_n and_o peace_n which_o make_v a_o justifiable_a management_n for_o it_o be_v not_o enough_o that_o the_o cause_n be_v good_a unless_o the_o manner_n of_o maintain_v it_o be_v good_a too_o this_o i_o must_v confess_v be_v a_o hard_a point_n because_o in_o manage_v a_o suit_n we_o be_v in_o the_o way_n of_o so_o many_o sin_n and_o meet_v at_o every_o turn_n with_o strong_a temptation_n which_o must_v needs_o very_o much_o endanger_v we_o for_o all_o the_o way_n these_o sin_n lie_v before_o we_o so_o that_o unless_o we_o have_v a_o constant_a care_n we_o shall_v step_v into_o they_o they_o general_o serve_v our_o end_n and_o set_v on_o the_o cause_n so_o that_o we_o be_v still_o under_o a_o temptation_n to_o they_o and_o what_o through_o our_o own_o interest_n and_o the_o desire_n of_o conquest_n what_o through_o the_o opposition_n that_o be_v make_v unless_o we_o be_v very_o circumspect_a our_o passion_n will_v be_v engage_v and_o then_o more_o or_o less_o we_o shall_v be_v hurry_v into_o the_o commission_n of_o they_o so_o that_o if_o no_o suit_n be_v innocent_a where_o the_o ground_n be_v good_a except_o all_o these_o sin_n be_v avoid_v in_o the_o management_n it_o will_v be_v a_o very_a hard_a thing_n may_v some_o say_v to_o sue_v innocent_o and_o appeal_v to_o court_n at_o all_o this_o indeed_o be_v very_o true_a and_o i_o be_o ready_a to_o confess_v so_o too_o for_o though_o some_o even-tempered_a man_n who_o be_v endow_v not_o only_o with_o great_a goodness_n but_o also_o with_o great_a discretion_n and_o government_n of_o themselves_o may_v do_v it_o with_o some_o ease_n and_o not_o find_v it_o very_o difficult_a yet_o be_v those_o man_n very_o few_o in_o number_n who_o be_v so_o to_o manage_v a_o suit_n or_o other_o contest_v as_o that_o when_o he_o have_v do_v his_o own_o conscience_n shall_v have_v no_o cause_n to_o accuse_v or_o condemn_v he_o for_o it_o but_o then_o the_o effect_n of_o this_o can_v be_v nothing_o else_o but_o that_o man_n be_v very_o slow_a in_o come_v to_o it_o and_o very_o circumspect_a in_o all_o they_o do_v when_o in_o a_o thing_n of_o weight_n greatness_n of_o the_o danger_n so_o that_o they_o must_v resolve_v to_o set_v a_o strict_a guard_n upon_o themselves_o in_o sue_v or_o else_o not_o venture_v to_o begin_v any_o suit_n at_o all_o and_o thus_o it_o appear_v that_o although_o in_o itself_o a_o suit_n at_o law_n be_v a_o innocent_a thing_n yet_o when_o it_o be_v either_o begin_v upon_o a_o unjustifiable_a ground_n or_o carry_v on_o by_o a_o sinful_a management_n it_o be_v not_o innocent_a but_o defile_v the_o conscience_n of_o a_o christian._n it_o be_v our_o sin_n and_o we_o must_v account_v for_o it_o when_o we_o seek_v be_v no_o hurt_n in_o it_o nor_o any_o cause_n at_o all_o why_o a_o good_a soul_n shall_v be_v hinder_v by_o it_o as_o for_o this_o hindrance_n then_o whereby_o devout_a mind_n be_v ofttimes_o
