in_o manner_n the_o same_o authority_n in_o determination_n of_o civil_a cause_n after_o they_o be_v debate_v of_o &_o judge_v by_o the_o civil_a judge_n as_o the_o advocator_n have_v in_o all_o such_o matter_n as_o any_o way_n they_o shall_v think_v to_o be_v offensive_a to_o the_o law_n i_o mean_v in_o receive_v of_o appeal_n or_o make_v of_o report_n over_o when_o therefore_o by_o the_o civil_a judge_n there_o be_v any_o sentence_n give_v against_o any_o man_n it_o be_v lawful_a for_o he_o who_o receive_v prejudice_n thereby_o to_o appeal_v from_o their_o judgement_n to_o the_o
