the_o court_n answer_v that_o it_o be_v apparent_a he_o be_v the_o instrument_n of_o our_o trouble_n he_o must_v prove_v they_o to_o be_v by_o such_o accident_n and_o till_o then_o the_o blame_n must_v rest_v upon_o himself_o for_o we_o know_v christ_n will_v not_o own_v they_o be_v out_o of_o his_o way_n after_o these_o and_o many_o other_o speech_n have_v pass_v the_o court_n declare_v he_o guilty_a for_o trouble_v the_o civil_a peace_n both_o for_o his_o seditious_a sermon_n and_o for_o his_o corrupt_a and_o dangerous_a opinion_n and_o for_o his_o contemptuous_a behaviour_n in_o divers_a court_n former_o and_o now_o obstinate_o maintain_v and_o justify_v his_o say_a error_n and_o offence_n and_o for_o that_o he_o refuse_v to_o depart_v voluntary_o from_o we_o which_o the_o court_n have_v now_o offer_v he_o and_o in_o a_o manner_n persuade_v he_o unto_o seeing_n it_o be_v apparent_a unto_o he_o from_o that_o of_o our_o saviour_n matth._n that_o we_o can_v not_o continue_v together_o without_o the_o ruin_n of_o the_o whole_a he_o be_v sentence_v to_o be_v disfranchise_v and_o banish_v our_o jurisdiction_n and_o to_o be_v put_v in_o safe_a custody_n except_o he_o shall_v give_v sufficient_a security_n to_o depart_v before_o the_o end_n of_o march_n upon_o this_o he_o appeal_v to_o the_o king_n majesty_n but_o the_o court_n tell_v he_o a_o appeal_n do_v covenant_n of_o work_n she_o may_v with_o the_o more_o credit_n disclose_v and_o advance_v her_o masterpiece_n of_o immediate_a revelation_n under_o the_o fair_a pretence_n of_o the_o covenant_n of_o free_a grace_n wherein_o she_o have_v not_o fail_v of_o her_o aim_n to_o the_o utter_a subversion_n both_o of_o church_n and_o civil_a state_n if_o the_o most_o wise_a and_o merciful_a providence_n offence_n to_o speak_v any_o thing_n against_o they_o in_o either_o assembly_n thence_o spring_v all_o that_o trouble_n to_o the_o pastor_n of_o boston_n for_o his_o free_a and_o faithful_a speech_n in_o the_o court_n though_o require_v and_o approve_v thence_o take_v mr._n wheelwright_n courage_n to_o inveigh_v in_o his_o sermon_n against_o man_n in_o a_o covenant_n of_o work_n as_o he_o place_v they_o and_o to_o proclaim_v they_o all_o enemy_n to_o christ_n scribe_n and_o pharisee_n etc._n etc._n whereas_o before_o he_o be_v wont_a to_o teach_v in_o a_o plain_a and_o gentle_a stile_n and_o uphold_v the_o same_o since_o such_o meeting_n be_v clear_o condemn_v in_o the_o late_a general_a assembly_n now_o the_o end_n of_o your_o send_n for_o be_v that_o either_o upon_o sight_n of_o your_o error_n and_o other_o offence_n you_o may_v be_v bring_v to_o acknowledge_v and_o reform_v the_o same_o or_o otherwise_o that_o we_o may_v take_v such_o course_n with_o you_o as_o you_o may_v trouble_v we_o no_o further_o we_o do_v desire_v therefore_o to_o know_v of_o you_o whether_o you_o will_v justify_v and_o maintain_v what_o be_v lay_v to_o your_o charge_n or_o not_o mistress_n another_o nature_n if_o they_o have_v be_v such_o as_o you_o they_o have_v be_v evil_a and_o therefore_o no_o good_a warrant_n to_o justify_v you_o but_o answer_n by_o what_o authority_n or_o rule_v
