pursue_v not_o the_o intent_n of_o that_o order_n of_o reference_n and_o draw_v that_o pretence_n from_o these_o two_o premise_n the_o one_o because_o sir_n john_n have_v the_o extrajudicial_a judgement_n of_o the_o court_n of_o article_n for_o part_n of_o his_o estate_n therefore_o this_o committee_n do_v not_o pursue_v the_o intent_n of_o that_o order_n whereas_o not_o to_o insist_v upon_o the_o consequence_n the_o judgement_n and_o proceed_n of_o the_o court_n of_o article_n against_o the_o purchaser_n be_v the_o very_a cause_n of_o their_o complaint_n and_o against_o which_o
