of_o as_o great_a debate_n and_o manage_v with_o as_o much_o heat_n and_o bitter_a exasperation_n as_o any_o that_o i_o know_v but_o let_v we_o be_v entreat_v impartial_o to_o examine_v our_o own_o heart_n and_o consider_v whether_o these_o heat_n arise_v not_o rather_o from_o the_o intemperance_n of_o our_o own_o spirit_n than_o any_o thing_n in_o the_o nature_n of_o the_o thing_n in_o dispute_n for_o confident_a i_o be_o that_o if_o we_o will_v sincere_o lay_v by_o passion_n and_o prejudice_n and_o consider_v thing_n as_o they_o be_v we_o shall_v find_v nothing_o in_o any_o of_o famous_a champion_n some_o learned_a writer_n by_o their_o pen_n maintain_v the_o truth_n of_o the_o protestant_n and_o evangelical_n cause_n against_o the_o romish_a adversary_n many_o holy_a confessor_n glorious_a martyr_n who_o be_v not_o afraid_a to_o lay_v down_o their_o life_n at_o the_o stake_n and_o by_o their_o constancy_n show_v their_o courage_n who_o for_o the_o testimony_n of_o jesus_n 11._o jesus_n rev._n 12_o 11._o love_v not_o their_o life_n to_o the_o death_n some_o of_o these_o were_z bishop_n themselves_o other_o not_o only_o submit_v to_o but_o act_v in_o this_o government_n all_o exercise_v their_o ministry_n by_o virtue_n of_o their_o call_n by_o these_o hand_n and_o yet_o it_o will_v be_v a_o strange_a censure_n all_o guilty_a of_o manifest_a sin_n in_o their_o very_a call_v in_o those_o act_n ministry_n and_o preach_v which_o yet_o god_n be_v please_v to_o honour_v with_o the_o glorious_a success_n of_o the_o happy_a conversion_n of_o so_o many_o soul_n to_o god_n have_v this_o be_v the_o sad_a fate_n of_o poor_a england_n that_o among_o all_o the_o reform_a church_n she_o only_o have_v never_o have_v till_o of_o late_a any_o public_a ministry_n but_o such_o as_o have_v be_v guilty_a of_o manifest_a sin_n in_o their_o very_a call_v and_o whole_a exercise_n of_o their_o ministry_n god_n forbid_v 2._o sect._n 4_o upon_o the_o same_o ground_n if_o those_o principle_n be_v good_a it_o must_v follow_v also_o that_o all_o those_o christian_n which_o attend_v on_o that_o ministry_n and_o do_v communicate_v in_o the_o worship_n establish_v howsoever_o otherwise_o they_o make_v it_o their_o care_n to_o serve_v god_n in_o righteousness_n and_o holiness_n all_o their_o day_n must_v be_v conclude_v to_o live_v in_o manifest_a sin_n even_o in_o their_o hear_n and_o attend_v upon_o and_o communicate_v with_o this_o ministry_n which_o be_v only_o exercise_v according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o this_o government_n and_o that_o none_o be_v pure_a or_o worship_v god_n aright_o but_o such_o as_o draw_v off_o from_o our_o church_n and_o separate_v themselves_o from_o our_o communion_n and_o now_o whether_o in_o this_o we_o shall_v judge_v righteous_a judgement_n i_o shall_v appeal_v to_o all_o the_o sober_a spirit_n and_o godly-wise_a in_o the_o land_n 3._o sect._n 5_o if_o upon_o the_o fore_n name_v cause_n man_n shall_v still_o account_v it_o unlawful_a and_o therefore_o refuse_v to_o conform_v to_o the_o government_n and_o to_o obey_v the_o law_n establish_v what_o a_o wide_a door_n must_v there_o needs_o be_v open_a to_o a_o unavoidable_a and_o perpetual_a schism_n in_o this_o poor_a church_n our_o governor_n judge_v that_o they_o be_v bind_v as_o indeed_o they_o be_v to_o preserve_v the_o honour_n of_o the_o establishment_n and_o the_o law_n in_o their_o vigour_n and_o too_o many_o think_v that_o they_o be_v bind_v when_o yet_o indeed_o they_o be_v not_o to_o oppose_v or_o withdraw_v or_o suffer_v rather_o than_o obey_v and_o what_o a_o bane_n this_o will_v infallible_o be_v to_o piety_n as_o well_o as_o peace_n we_o need_v not_o search_v very_o deep_a to_o devine_n too_o sad_a experience_n will_v too_o soon_o be_v a_o manifest_a conviction_n 4._o sect._n 6_o and_o what_o be_v not_o of_o the_o least_o or_o low_a consideration_n how_o many_o good_a and_o pious_a and_o tender_a christian_n through_o this_o mistake_n will_v be_v unavoidable_o expose_v to_o suffering_n and_o misery_n when_o they_o have_v suck_v in_o and_o be_v possess_v with_o these_o divide_v principle_n it_o be_v no_o difficult_a matter_n to_o foresee_v when_o the_o law_n be_v not_o bruta_n fulmina_fw-la but_o have_v a_o arm_a power_n to_o force_v obedience_n and_o to_o punish_v the_o
