protestant_n from_o they_o but_o on_o the_o other_o side_n some_o protestant_n make_v the_o cause_n of_o separation_n as_o many_o and_o as_o light_a as_o the_o jew_n do_v of_o divorce_n almost_o for_o then_o and_o then_o only_o be_v there_o just_a cause_n of_o separation_n when_o perseverance_n in_o the_o communion_n of_o such_o a_o church_n can_v be_v without_o sin_n that_o be_v when_o she_o equal_a term_n neither_o party_n be_v bind_v to_o those_o nice_a law_n of_o moses_n nor_o any_o other_o but_o those_o plain_a and_o reasonable_a one_o contain_v in_o the_o gospel_n and_o such_o other_o not_o contradictory_n to_o they_o as_o public_a wisdom_n peace_n and_o charity_n shall_v dictate_v and_o recommend_v and_o to_o this_o purpose_n be_v the_o observation_n of_o eusebius_n in_o save_v those_o improvement_n our_o saviour_n have_v make_v upon_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n and_o those_o few_o positive_a institution_n of_o his_o express_o set_v down_o in_o the_o gospel_n and_o that_o man_n obey_v these_o be_v at_o liberty_n to_o conform_v to_o whatsoever_o common_a reason_n and_o equity_n or_o public_a authority_n shall_v impose_v and_o this_o discourse_n of_o eusebius_n be_v in_o effect_n the_o same_o with_o that_o of_o the_o apostle_n rom._n 4._o and_o gal._n 3._o especial_o v._n 19_o where_o he_o put_v this_o question_n wherefore_o then_o serve_v the_o law_n he_o
