right_n of_o inheritance_n and_o freehold_n and_o if_o lead_v in_o example_n and_o precedent_n may_v prove_v pernicious_a to_o the_o public_a and_o by_o consequence_n in_o a_o short_a time_n become_v the_o destruction_n of_o property_n the_o appellant_n address_v to_o this_o supreme_a court_n of_o judicature_n and_o fountain_n of_o justice_n for_o relief_n and_o appeal_v from_o the_o jurisdiction_n of_o the_o court_n of_o chancery_n in_o ireland_n in_o this_o cause_n as_o well_o as_o from_o the_o decree_n aforesaid_a and_o pray_v the_o respondent_fw-la may_v answer_v and_o the_o england_n on_o purpose_n to_o attend_v the_o say_a appeal_n the_o appellant_n from_o april_n 1679_o till_o aug._n 1680_o attend_v his_o appeal_n in_o england_n wait_v for_o the_o sit_v of_o the_o last_o parliament_n the_o respondent_fw-la deliver_v appellant_n tenant_n declaration_n in_o ejectment_n in_o ireland_n 1680_o easter-term_n 1680_o and_o press_v for_o a_o trial_n last_o summer_n assizes_n when_o the_o appellant_n with_o all_o his_o evidence_n be_v in_o england_n wait_v for_o the_o session_n of_o the_o last_o parliament_n by_o which_o be_v intend_v to_o have_v surprise_v he_o but_o that_o be_v deny_v and_o a_o trial_n at_o bar_n direct_v to_o be_v have_v michaelmas-term_n last_o according_o a_o jury_n come_v from_o the_o country_n of_o cork_n to_o try_v the_o cause_n notice_n be_v give_v that_o the_o trial_n shall_v be_v have_v the_o 22d_o of_o novemb_n 1680._o 48_o l._n be_v deposit_v in_o court_n by_o the_o respondent_fw-la to_o pay_v the_o jury_n and_o the_o respondent_fw-la upon_o apellantsmotion_n in_o chancery_n that_o he_o may_v elect_v which_o court_n to_o proceed_v in_o for_o that_o he_o ought_v not_o to_o have_v two_o suit_n depend_v in_o two_o
