obligations whiche they shall fynde to cause the partyes to appeare wyth diligence and those wyth dilyueraunce of their Register to conferre with the same if nede shall requier Also concerning the profites of the towne they shall not concelethe perticulers of their rightes but when the Registers of the town may serue they shall communicate wyth them to make out copyes when neede shal requier
