sad_a and_o direful_a effect_n of_o this_o late_a war_n shall_v cease_v without_o the_o principal_a cause_n be_v first_o take_v away_o and_o remove_v and_o consider_v likewise_o his_o majesty_n absence_n from_o his_o two_o house_n of_o parliament_n have_v be_v one_o main_a cause_n of_o increase_a jealousy_n and_o continue_v a_o misunderstand_n betwixt_o he_o and_o his_o great_a council_n the_o original_a and_o source_n of_o our_o unhappiness_n and_o humble_o conceive_v that_o a_o timely_a and_o ready_a concession_n to_o his_o majesty_n for_o a_o personal_a treaty_n with_o his_o high_a court_n of_o parliament_n may_v prove_v the_o most_o effectual_a and_o speedy_a mean_n for_o the_o removal_n of_o all_o such_o misapprehension_n and_o fear_n which_o be_v yet_o the_o unhappy_a
