for_o many_o thousand_o year_n yea_o for_o ever_o so_o do_v his_o mind_n or_o memory_n retain_v the_o first_o vigour_n without_o be_v diminish_v whereby_o we_o see_v that_o man_n in_o this_o faculty_n of_o memory_n whereby_o his_o knowledge_n be_v make_v eternal_a do_v notable_o resemble_v god_n who_o nature_n be_v eternal_a sect._n 2._o of_o the_o sinfulness_n of_o man_n memory_n as_o in_o all_o affection_n consist_v in_o this_o that_o it_o be_v in_o greatness_n correspondent_a to_o the_o greatness_n of_o the_o evil_a diligent_o weigh_v with_o the_o several_a circumstance_n of_o it_o and_o also_o moderate_v and_o qualify_v with_o contentation_n in_o respect_n of_o the_o will_n of_o god_n by_o the_o which_o the_o say_a evil_n come_v to_o pass_v sect._n 2._o of_o corrupt_a joy_n and_o the_o abundance_n vanetie_n goodness_n and_o sweetness_n of_o meat_n and_o drink_n in_o sleep_n and_o idleness_n in_o carnal_a and_o filthy_a lust_n in_o pastime_n and_o merry_a company_n in_o gorgeous_a apparel_n stately_a building_n large_a revenue_n in_o health_n strength_n riches_n honour_n and_o preferment_n in_o child_n friend_n and_o profane_a knowledge_n or_o in_o some_o other_o of_o the_o same_o kind_n not_o as_o if_o there_o may_v not_o a_o lawful_a pleasure_n be_v take_v in_o corporal_a and_o outward_a blessing_n as_o have_v be_v declare_v but_o man_n pass_v by_o god_n the_o giver_n of_o all_o these_o blessing_n place_v his_o whole_a joy_n and_o felicity_n in_o the_o fruition_n of_o they_o and_o so_o make_v they_o his_o go_n as_o the_o apostle_n do_v plain_o witness_v that_o the_o covetous_a man_n be_v a_o idolator_n he_o be_v not_o stir_v up_o by_o the_o sweetness_n which_o he_o feel_v in_o the_o use_n of_o the_o creature_n to_o rejoice_v &_o delight_v we_o and_o daily_a experience_n do_v testify_v the_o same_o that_o a_o carnal_a man_n be_v cruel_a merciless_a void_a of_o all_o pity_n and_o compassion_n sect._n 3_o of_o holy_a joy_n and_o sorrow_n
