the_o say_v bankrupt_a or_o any_o of_o he_o or_o her_o good_n or_o estate_n shall_v be_v or_o repute_v to_o be_v and_o to_o seize_v upon_o and_o order_v the_o body_n good_n chattel_n ready_a money_n any_o bankrupt_a be_v or_o shall_v be_v in_o any_o way_n seize_v of_o any_o estate_n in_o tail_n in_o possession_n reversion_n or_o remainder_n and_o whereof_o no_o reversion_n or_o remainder_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v in_o the_o king_n majesty_n his_o heir_n or_o successor_n of_o the_o gift_n or_o provision_n of_o his_o majesty_n his_o progenitor_n his_o heir_n or_o successor_n to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n for_o the_o relief_n and_o benefit_n of_o the_o creditor_n of_o all_o such_o bankrupt_n and_o that_o all_o &_o every_o such_o grant_n bargain_n sale_n and_o conveyance_n shall_v be_v good_a and_o available_a in_o the_o law_n to_o such_o person_n or_o person_n and_o their_o heir_n against_o the_o say_a bankrupt_n and_o against_o all_o and_o every_o the_o issue_n of_o the_o body_n of_o such_o bankrupt_n and_o against_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n claim_v any_o estate_n right_a title_n or_o interest_n by_o from_z or_o under_o the_o say_a bankrupt_n after_o such_o time_n as_o such_o person_n shall_v become_v bankrupt_a and_o against_o all_o and_o every_o other_o person_n and_o person_n whatsoever_o who_o the_o say_v bankrupt_a by_o common_a recovery_n or_o chattel_n ware_n merchandise_n and_o debt_n in_o such_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n as_o the_o same_o aught_o or_o may_v have_v be_v if_o the_o person_n herein_o describe_v to_o be_v bankrupt_n
