our_o blood_n they_o do_v or_o can_v do_v as_o much_o grief_n or_o harm_n but_o if_o we_o do_v understand_v god_n divine_a counsel_n a_o right_n &_o do_v not_o look_v a_o wry_a from_o his_o word_n we_o shall_v and_o may_v know_v perfect_o well_o how_o impossible_a it_o be_v for_o they_o to_o do_v we_o any_o kind_n of_o damage_n with_o all_o that_o ever_o they_o can_v do_v or_o imagine_v whatsoever_o it_o be_v if_o we_o do_v but_o hear_v the_o word_n that_o the_o holy_a ghost_n speak_v by_o the_o prophet_n david_n we_o may_v well_o understand_v &_o see_v that_o they_o can_v not_o prejudice_n we_o in_o any_o thing_n at_o all_o a_o excellent_a comfort_n to_o the_o afflict_a cap._n xiij_o he_o that_o dwell_v say_v he_o under_o the_o defence_n of_o the_o high_a 1.4.10_o shall_v even_o so_o be_v we_o thereby_o because_o he_o be_v only_o our_o hope_n our_o foretresse_fw-mi our_o strength_n and_o god_n in_o who_o we_o chief_o trust_v and_o the_o chief_a ground_n of_o his_o promise_n be_v that_o he_o will_v deliver_v we_o from_o all_o evil_n and_o that_o his_o truth_n shall_v be_v unto_o we_o a_o buckler_n and_o shield_n and_o also_o the_o prophet_n say_v in_o the_o same_o psalm_n because_o thou_o haste_v put_v thyself_o under_o the_o guard_n and_o custody_n of_o the_o most_o high_a there_o shall_v no_o evil_n happen_v unto_o thou_o neither_o shall_v any_o we_o if_o we_o be_v faithful_a because_o the_o elect_a who_o tutor_n and_o governor_n be_v god_n be_v not_o neither_o riches_n honour_n dignity_n high_a estate_n bodily_a or_o corporal_a health_n life_n nor_o any_o thing_n else_o whereof_o there_o be_v any_o virtue_n or_o power_n give_v to_o the_o wicked_a but_o be_v the_o live_a member_n of_o jesus_n christ_n unite_v and_o knit_v unto_o he_o most_o sure_o and_o therefore_o invisible_a to_o the_o child_n of_o this_o world_n as_o be_v the_o same_o lord_n and_o because_o the_o wicked_a shall_v not_o see_v how_o to_o do_v they_o harm_v in_o separate_v from_o he_o that_o which_o by_o tyranny_n of_o tyrant_n be_v to_o be_v take_v
and_o little_a the_o more_o to_o increase_v our_o torment_n for_o their_o revenge_n only_o because_o we_o confess_v the_o truth_n of_o christ_n our_o master_n who_o they_o can_v not_o abide_v how_o can_v it_o be_v say_v our_o blind_a fleshsence_n but_o that_o such_o cruelty_n must_v needs_o overcome_v our_o patience_n what_o other_o thing_n may_v this_o be_v call_v but_o a_o blasphemy_n wherewith_o we_o deny_v the_o mighty_a potential_a power_n of_o god_n that_o which_o he_o be_v to_o use_v to_o all_o the_o trust_v in_o he_o &_o a_o mean_a to_o separate_v we_o from_o his_o cross_n constancy_n it_o be_v patient_o pass_v over_o by_o the_o prophet_n in_o the_o old_a time_n even_o so_o it_o be_v now_o to_o they_o that_o be_v holy_a faithful_a and_o believe_v because_o that_o which_o the_o apostle_n say_v concern_v the_o same_o 13._o must_v needs_o be_v true_a therein_o god_n be_v faithful_a say_v he_o and_o will_v suffer_v no_o man_n to_o be_v tempt_v more_o than_o he_o will_v make_v he_o able_a to_o bear_v but_o rather_o with_o our_o temptation_n he_o send_v good_a success_n because_o we_o may_v suffer_v whereby_o it_o be_v most_o manifest_a &_o plain_a that_o christian_n patience_n do_v not_o only_o overcome_v death_n execute_v by_o extremity_n of_o fire_n but_o also_o all_o the_o most_o cruel_a kind_n of_o death_n and_o torment_n that_o any_o triant_n happen_v to_o himself_o so_o will_v he_o also_o by_o his_o power_n and_o may_v aid_v &_o strengthen_v all_o those_o which_o be_v tempt_v as_o the_o apostle_n say_v if_o jesus_n christ_n in_o who_o we_o believe_v and_o for_o who_o we_o suffer_v do_v know_v by_o experience_n our_o grief_n and_o trouble_n and_o be_v not_o only_o most_o mighty_a love_a and_o good_a to_o we_o in_o our_o help_n but_o also_o do_v suffer_v with_o we_o as_o the_o head_n with_o the_o member_n shall_v he_o be_v so_o weak_a in_o we_o that_o he_o can_v not_o abide_v the_o fire_n or_o be_v strong_a as_o he_o be_v will_v not_o he_o help_v we_o in_o the_o midst_n thereof_o 4.5_o be_v principal_a in_o persecution_n and_o suffer_v the_o same_o with_o us._n be_v it_o possible_a that_o god_n will_v forsake_v and_o leave_v we_o or_o that_o we_o shall_v fear_v or_o doubt_v the_o same_o when_o that_o for_o profess_v of_o his_o name_n we_o be_v by_o our_o enemy_n throw_v into_o the_o midst_n of_o the_o fire_n or_o that_o we_o shall_v think_v god_n to_o be_v forgetful_a of_o his_o love_a child_n and_o that_o he_o love_v we_o in_o word_n and_o not_o in_o deed_n and_o truth_n sure_o in_o so_o do_v we_o shall_v much_o injure_v he_o and_o give_v he_o great_a cause_n to_o be_v grievous_o offend_v with_o we_o for_o it_o for_o we_o to_o think_v that_o his_o almightiness_n will_v forsake_v we_o in_o any_o necessity_n it_o be_v a_o abominable_a admiral_n of_o we_o if_o he_o have_v not_o as_o in_o deed_n he_o have_v not_o forsake_v but_o remember_v we_o in_o the_o great_a matter_n of_o a_o surety_n he_o will_v not_o forsake_v but_o remember_v help_n and_o deliver_v we_o in_o and_o from_o such_o trifle_n it_o be_v abominable_a to_o think_v the_o contrary_a much_o more_o worss_a to_o believe_v it_o well_o my_o of_o his_o redemption_n and_o in_o adopt_v we_o his_o child_n never_o to_o leave_v us._n 12.17_o so_o that_o when_o it_o shall_v seem_v to_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o world_n that_o he_o have_v leave_v we_o &_o that_o be_v when_o he_o suffer_v we_o to_o pass_v into_o the_o midst_n of_o the_o fire_n or_o any_o other_o torment_n even_o then_o be_v he_o most_o nigh_a unto_o we_o and_o so_o nigh_a in_o deed_n that_o he_o be_v close_o join_v with_o we_o and_o temperate_a the_o fury_n of_o the_o fire_n because_o it_o shall_v do_v we_o no_o harm_n and_o for_o that_o it_o may_v appear_v that_o he_o be_v both_o god_n and_o father_n to_o all_o his_o and_o will_v keep_v and_o defend_v we_o from_o all_o evil_a in_o all_o time_n of_o torment_n and_o tribulation_n 18._o if_o the_o gate_n
