fail_v this_o may_v be_v enough_o to_o take_v away_o the_o whole_a strength_n of_o your_o argument_n nevertheless_o for_o further_a answer_n we_o may_v also_o deny_v the_o consequence_n of_o your_o major_a proposition_n for_o though_o it_o be_v yield_v that_o the_o congregation_n in_o israel_n do_v depend_v upon_o a_o superior_a judicatory_n it_o will_v not_o follow_v that_o it_o must_v be_v so_o in_o these_o day_n and_o our_o reason_n be_v because_o the_o particular_a congregation_n in_o israel_n viz._n their_o synagogue_n be_v not_o complete_a church_n as_o the_o congregation_n in_o the_o new_a testament_n be_v that_o they_o be_v not_o entire_a and_o complete_a church_n may_v appear_v by_o this_o because_o the_o people_n can_v not_o lawful_o in_o they_o have_v the_o use_n of_o the_o most_o solemn_a ordinance_n of_o god_n and_o parâ—s_n of_o his_o worship_n though_o such_o as_o be_v of_o ordinary_a and_o continual_a use_n but_o they_o must_v go_v upto_o jerusalem_n for_o as_o not_o be_v complete_a church_n there_o may_v be_v reason_n why_o they_o shall_v be_v dependent_a upon_o jerusalem_n and_o the_o synedrion_fw-mi and_o temple_n there_o where_o the_o ordinance_n congregation_n may_v be_v dependent_a and_o we_o not_o so_o may_v be_v this_o they_o have_v a_o superior_a judicatory_n to_o appeal_v unto_o which_o have_v the_o supremum_fw-la of_o church_n power_n within_o itself_o and_o from_o who_o sentence_n there_o be_v no_o appeal_n to_o any_o further_a judge_n upon_o earth_n for_o so_o it_o be_v say_v of_o that_o synedrion_fw-mi at_o jerusalem_n deut._n 17._o and_o reason_n require_v that_o some_o such_o supreme_a judicatory_n there_o shall_v be_v for_o controversy_n and_o case_n of_o doubt_n must_v not_o be_v draw_v out_o in_o infinitum_fw-la but_o
