combine_v with_o who_o they_o will_v as_o before_o we_o hear_v concern_v these_o thing_n we_o say_v 1._o that_o albeit_o it_o be_v god_n holy_a will_n that_o in_o erection_n of_o civil_a government_n his_o truth_n sincere_a worship_n and_o glory_n in_o these_o shall_v be_v main_o mind_v and_o intend_v by_o man_n and_o it_o be_v man_n duty_n so_o to_o do_v yet_o it_o be_v clear_a that_o in_o many_o place_n de_fw-fr facto_fw-la it_o be_v not_o so_o although_o man_n profess_v in_o the_o general_n aim_v at_o truth_n and_o right_a worship_n yet_o there_o be_v aberration_n in_o the_o particular_a 2._o albeit_o there_o be_v in_o the_o point_n of_o truth_n and_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n which_o the_o jure_fw-la shall_v be_v principal_o care_v for_o in_o government_n a_o notable_a perversion_n and_o swerve_v that_o do_v not_o at_o all_o invalidate_n the_o authority_n or_o government_n nor_o break_v the_o obligation_n thereunto_o although_o it_o be_v injurious_a to_o favourer_n of_o truth_n and_o right_a worship_n for_o god_n so_o far_o regard_v the_o keep_n of_o humane_a society_n in_o tolerable_a order_n that_o albeit_o the_o great_a duty_n of_o advancement_n of_o his_o truth_n and_o worship_n be_v not_o mind_v by_o ruler_n yet_o he_o will_v not_o have_v the_o commonwealth_n where_o justice_n between_o man_n and_o man_n be_v maintain_v for_o his_o glory_n although_o religion_n not_o mind_v as_o it_o ought_v to_o be_v casten_z loose_v nor_o will_v have_v man_n think_v themselves_o loose_v from_o obligation_n to_o the_o government_n albeit_o there_o be_v perversion_n in_o the_o manage_n thereof_o as_o to_o religion_n for_o neither_o must_v they_o be_v hear_v who_o hold_v that_o civil_a dominion_n be_v ground_v on_o grace_n nor_o they_o who_o say_v that_o infidel_n heretical_a or_o excommunicate_a magistrate_n fall_v from_o their_o power_n or_o that_o the_o subject_n obligation_n to_o they_o cease_v 3._o it_o shall_v be_v easy_o grant_v that_o the_o people_n and_o every_o one_o of_o the_o
