afford_v we_o civil_a government_n and_o to_o preserve_v the_o same_o and_o though_o the_o benefit_n thereof_o be_v general_a and_o extend_v to_o all_o mankind_n yet_o in_o the_o order_n and_o establish_v commonweal_n god_n have_v a_o special_a care_n of_o the_o church_n and_o the_o society_n of_o pilgrim_n and_o stranger_n here_o on_o earth_n who_o seek_v eternal_a peace_n in_o heaven_n as_o subject_n and_o citizen_n of_o a_o eternal_a state_n this_o he_o continue_v protect_v and_o order_v aright_o by_o his_o almighty_a hand_n and_o profound_a wisdom_n in_o the_o midst_n of_o all_o poverty_n desolation_n many_o other_o misery_n and_o many_o time_n change_n of_o government_n or_o the_o translation_n of_o the_o power_n civil_a from_o one_o people_n to_o another_o and_o sometime_o anarchy_n and_o a_o total_a dissolution_n of_o all_o order_n god_n use_v the_o governor_n to_o punish_v the_o people_n the_o people_n to_o punish_v their_o prince_n and_o sometime_o the_o sword_n of_o a_o foreign_a prince_n to_o punish_v or_o destroy_v both_o and_o when_o no_o justice_n can_v be_v have_v from_o man_n on_o earth_n he_o execute_v vengeance_n in_o some_o extraordinary_a manner_n
