dish_n and_o rare_a wine_n to_o please_v his_o palate_n in_o this_o life_n be_v in_o hell_n desire_v but_o a_o droop_n of_o water_n to_o cool_v he_o and_o can_v not_o have_v it_o and_o this_o be_v the_o desert_n of_o our_o sin_n but_o christ_n thirst_v that_o we_o may_v not_o thirst_v and_o therefore_o we_o may_v say_v o_o bless_a be_v god_n for_o the_o thirst_n of_o christ_n for_o it_o have_v procure_v many_o a_o sweet_a drop_n for_o we_o the_o second_o cause_n that_o christ_n thirst_v be_v to_o fulfil_v a_o scripture_n 2_o this_o be_v a_o point_n very_o observable_a scripture_n that_o all_o that_o christ_n do_v be_v to_o fulfil_v the_o scripture_n which_o be_v a_o phrase_n very_o common_a through_o the_o whole_a book_n of_o god_n i_o will_v instance_n only_o in_o the_o gospel_n therefore_o when_o there_o be_v a_o stay_n or_o a_o cessation_n in_o god_n there_o must_v needs_o be_v a_o stay_n and_o cessation_n in_o the_o creature_n this_o therefore_o shall_v make_v we_o afraid_a to_o sin_n against_o god_n and_o displease_v he_o because_o he_o be_v able_a in_o a_o moment_n to_o destroy_v all_o the_o creature_n or_o to_o restrain_v they_o therefore_o we_o have_v cause_n to_o be_v afraid_a to_o offend_v or_o displease_v he_o simile_n we_o see_v how_o afraid_a man_n be_v to_o sin_n against_o the_o king_n and_o offend_v he_o who_o yet_o can_v but_o kill_v the_o body_n but_o god_n be_v able_a to_o kill_v both_o foul_a and_o body_n and_o cast_v they_o into_o hell_n fire_n all_o the_o king_n be_v not_o able_a to_o restrain_v the_o influence_n of_o the_o like_a manner_n if_o the_o power_n of_o grace_n be_v in_o our_o heart_n it_o will_v teach_v we_o to_o make_v a_o good_a use_n of_o all_o the_o judgement_n of_o god_n second_o 2_o he_o complain_v on_o aside_o our_o body_n that_o they_o may_v dissolve_v and_o come_v to_o dust_n and_o ash_n until_o the_o time_n of_o the_o general_a resurrection_n have_v speak_v thus_o of_o the_o manner_n of_o it_o may_v appear_v by_o their_o gift_n they_o offer_v to_o christ_n of_o which_o there_o be_v two_o reason_n why_o christ_n appear_v to_o the_o shepherd_n manifestation_n and_o the_o to_o wiseman_n first_o to_o show_v that_o the_o grace_n of_o the_o gospel_n appertain_v equal_o to_o poor_a man_n as_o well_o as_o rich_a it_o draw_v all_o sort_n of_o man_n to_o it_o 1._o even_o as_o the_o vine_n that_o begin_v low_a at_o the_o bottom_n of_o the_o tree_n
the_o arm_n of_o joseph_n in_o the_o lap_n of_o mary_n in_o the_o arm_n of_o the_o preacher_n or_o of_o other_o good_a christian_n but_o we_o must_v labour_v to_o have_v he_o in_o our_o own_o arm_n the_o arm_n of_o our_o faith_n for_o though_o we_o may_v see_v christ_n in_o the_o arm_n of_o our_o teacher_n yet_o for_o all_o this_o we_o may_v perish_v and_o therefore_o so_o much_o the_o rather_o ought_v we_o to_o receive_v and_o get_v he_o into_o our_o arm_n and_o apply_v he_o into_o our_o heart_n because_o he_o come_v to_o present_v himself_o to_o thou_o and_o to_o i_o therefore_o if_o we_o do_v not_o receive_v he_o we_o shall_v be_v guilty_a of_o his_o blood_n simile_n if_o we_o shall_v be_v in_o a_o room_n and_o a_o child_n shall_v cry_v to_o come_v unto_o we_o will_v we_o neglect_v the_o child_n will_v not_o we_o cast_v away_o that_o which_o we_o have_v in_o our_o hand_n and_o take_v the_o child_n into_o our_o own_o arm_n i_o do_v not_o say_v if_o it_o be_v the_o child_n of_o a_o king_n we_o will_v do_v so_o but_o if_o it_o be_v the_o child_n of_o a_o honest_a poor_a man_n and_o therefore_o much_o more_o shall_v we_o receive_v the_o child_n christ_n belove_v this_o chide_v christ_n do_v in_o a_o sort_n cry_v to_o come_v unto_o we_o and_o say_v as_o it_o be_v thus_o o_o good_a people_n receive_v i_o into_o your_o heart_n receive_v i_o into_o your_o soul_n i_o do_v not_o to_o see_v those_o happy_a day_n wherein_o he_o may_v see_v christ_n so_o howsoever_o we_o have_v live_v to_o see_v a_o great_a deal_n of_o trouble_n and_o sorrow_n yet_o we_o shall_v praise_v god_n that_o he_o have_v let_v we_o live_v to_o see_v christ_n in_o the_o face_n of_o the_o gospel_n therefore_o we_o have_v great_a cause_n to_o praise_n god_n that_o he_o have_v let_v we_o live_v till_o servant_n to_o trade_n and_o traffic_v beyond_o sea_n simile_n so_o long_o as_o his_o master_n will_v have_v he_o to_o trade_n and_o traffic_n so_o long_o he_o will_v trade_v but_o when_o his_o master_n will_v have_v he_o come_v home_o he_o will_v pack_v up_o all_o and_o come_v away_o so_o as_o long_o as_o god_n will_v have_v we_o trade_n and_o traffic_v here_o we_o shall_v be_v content_a but_o when_o he_o will_v have_v we_o pack_v up_o all_o and_o come_v home_o we_o shall_v be_v content_v to_o do_v so_o in_o the_o gospel_n we_o find_v that_o christ_n flee_v from_o death_n and_o
