people_n here_o as_o foreigner_n have_v speedy_a justice_n in_o the_o admiralty_n by_o one_o common_a rule_n well_o know_v to_o they_o all_o more_o ship_n be_v build_v freight_v set_v out_o to_o sea_n do_v sensible_o perceive_v that_o unless_o by_o the_o piety_n and_o wisdom_n of_o your_o majesty_n your_o majesty_n court_n of_o admiralty_n be_v establish_v in_o its_o jurisdiction_n that_o it_o
