assistance_n of_o some_o of_o the_o judge_n this_o order_n cresset_n can_v not_o get_v pass_v till_o 6_o november_n 1670._o when_o lord_n robert_n solicitor_n will_v not_o let_v that_o declaration_n concern_v the_o assistance_n of_o the_o judge_n be_v put_v into_o the_o same_o of_o which_o by_o petition_n the_o 7_o of_o november_n cresset_n give_v intimation_n to_o his_o lordship_n and_o pray_v judge_n may_v be_v call_v to_o assist_v he_o nevertheless_o the_o lord_n keeper_n hear_v the_o cause_n upon_o the_o plea_n and_o demurrer_n aforesaid_a without_o any_o judge_n and_o without_o overrule_a the_o plea_n and_o demurrer_n both_o which_o to_o this_o day_n stand_v good_a fall_v upon_o the_o merit_n of_o the_o cause_n for_o which_o cresset_n counsel_n be_v not_o prepare_v and_o
