to_o the_o say_a sir_n theophilus_n ogilthrop_n and_o his_o foresaid_n for_o their_o security_n of_o the_o say_n land_n and_o estate_n as_o any_o dissolution_n grant_v by_o his_o majesty_n or_o royal_a ancestor_n with_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o their_o estate_n of_o parliament_n for_o the_o time_n in_o favour_n of_o whatsoever_o person_n or_o person_n at_o any_o time_n heretofore_o and_o that_o notwithstanding_o of_o any_o clause_n condition_n or_o qualification_n contain_v in_o the_o say_a act_n of_o annexation_n and_o notwithstanding_o of_o any_o security_n grant_v by_o the_o thomas_n kennedy_n of_o kirkhill_n his_o father_n and_o his_o firm_a adherence_n to_o the_o crown_n in_o so_o far_o as_o the_o say_a lieutenant_n colonel_n kennedy_n have_v attend_v the_o late_a king_n of_o ever_o bless_a memory_n at_o worcester_n fight_v he_o be_v then_o take_v prisoner_n and_o detain_v eighteen_o month_n in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o england_n and_o afterward_o send_v prisoner_n to_o leith_n from_o whence_o after_o he_o have_v stay_v some_o while_n he_o be_v transport_v to_o air_n and_o keep_v prisoner_n there_o until_o the_o year_n 1659._o and_o his_o estate_n in_o the_o meantime_n sequestrat_n and_o possess_v by_o the_o usurper_n and_o himself_o absolute_o ruin_v all_o which_o service_n and_o suffering_n be_v propose_v and_o lay_v open_a in_o plain_a parliament_n to_o the_o end_n the_o three_o estate_n may_v give_v his_o majesty_n their_o advice_n judgement_n and_o determination_n re_fw-mi integra_fw-la whether_o the_o same_o be_v good_a and_o
