have_v the_o liberty_n and_o favour_n of_o appoint_v their_o own_o ruler_n that_o those_o who_o will_v not_o have_v god_n to_o rule_v in_o their_o own_o heart_n shall_v have_v as_o little_a as_o may_v be_v to_o do_v in_o the_o rule_n of_o his_o people_n let_v we_o next_o in_o a_o word_n or_o two_o consider_v the_o second_o branch_n of_o the_o description_n their_o fidelity_n 2._o they_o must_v be_v faithful_a in_o their_o place_n this_o be_v also_o requisite_a to_o render_v ruler_n such_o blessing_n to_o their_o people_n if_o man_n hold_v office_n of_o never_o so_o great_a advantage_n to_o of_o those_o advantage_n they_o not_o only_o do_v no_o good_a themselves_o but_o which_o be_v a_o double_a wrong_n they_o take_v up_o the_o room_n from_o and_o so_o prevent_v other_o who_o have_v as_o good_a qualification_n and_o will_v make_v a_o good_a use_n of_o they_o but_o on_o the_o other_o hand_n the_o fidelity_n of_o ruler_n crown_v their_o ability_n and_o make_v it_o to_o be_v both_o see_v
