thou_o to_o escape_v that_o which_o no_o mortal_a man_n can_v ever_o yet_o 1._o what_o man_n ever_o live_v in_o the_o world_n without_o his_o cross_n and_o misery_n 22._o yea_o even_o our_o lord_n &_o saviour_n christ_n be_v no_o one_o hour_n without_o grief_n &_o trouble_v while_o he_o live_v here_o on_o earth_n 22._o for_o christ_n suffer_v 26._o and_o so_o enter_v into_o his_o glory_n and_o will_v thou_o seek_v another_o path_n and_o not_o walk_v in_o this_o kingly_a high_a way_n the_o whole_a life_n of_o christ_n be_v even_o a_o mere_a cross_n and_o vexation_n 18._o and_o will_v thou_o seek_v for_o rest_n and_o quietness_n thou_o be_v out_o of_o y_fw-fr e_o way_n sure_o thou_o be_v out_o of_o the_o way_n if_o thou_o look_v for_o any_o thing_n but_o misery_n in_o this_o world_n see_v the_o whole_a life_n of_o mortal_a man_n be_v full_a of_o trouble_n and_o compass_v about_o with_o calamity_n 22._o and_o the_o more_o godly_a a_o man_n be_v the_o more_o often_o do_v he_o suffer_v adversity_n for_o the_o soarne_n of_o his_o affliction_n increase_v through_o his_o love_n of_o god_n 21._o and_o yet_o be_v not_o this_o man_n of_o who_o we_o speak_v without_o comfort_n inasmuch_o as_o he_o believe_v that_o by_o this_o cross_n he_o shall_v reap_v much_o fruit_n 3._o for_o while_o willing_o he_o come_v under_o the_o cross_n it_o fall_v out_o that_o the_o whole_a burden_n of_o trouble_n be_v turn_v upon_o the_o confidence_n of_o god_n heavenly_a comfort_n 11._o and_o the_o more_o the_o flesh_n by_o calamity_n be_v weaken_v the_o more_o the_o spirit_n be_v confirm_v by_o the_o comfort_n of_o mind_n 16._o yea_o so_o be_v he_o strengthen_v many_o time_n through_o the_o feel_n of_o trouble_n and_o adversity_n of_o such_o force_n be_v his_o love_n which_o suffer_v after_o y_o e_o ensample_n of_o christ_n 21_o that_o he_o will_v not_o wish_v to_o be_v without_o sorrow_n and_o affliction_n 12._o for_o he_o believe_v that_o he_o be_v the_o more_o acceptable_a to_o god_n the_o more_o he_o can_v suffer_v for_o his_o sake_n 18._o and_o yet_o be_v it_o not_o by_o the_o power_n of_o man_n but_o of_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_n that_o he_o can_v in_o his_o frail_a flesh_n love_n and_o through_o the_o zeal_n of_o the_o spirit_n set_v upon_o those_o thing_n 12._o which_o man_n by_o nature_n do_v fly_v and_o abhor_v for_o man_n of_o himself_o can_v endure_v the_o cross_n love_v affliction_n tame_a and_o bring_v under_o the_o body_n shun_v promotion_n abide_v to_o be_v revile_v despise_v himself_o yea_o covet_v to_o be_v despise_v bear_v adversity_n and_o contemn_v the_o prosperity_n of_o this_o world_n 8._o if_o thou_o depend_v upon_o thyself_o 4._o thou_o shall_v do_v none_o of_o these_o thing_n but_o if_o thou_o trust_v in_o god_n he_o will_v send_v thou_o comfort_v from_o above_o 7._o whereby_o the_o world_n &_o the_o flesh_n be_v bring_v under_o thy_o subjection_n 10._o yea_o thou_o shall_v not_o fear_v the_o malice_n of_o the_o devil_n 5._o if_o thou_o be_v steadfast_a in_o faith_n 9_o thou_o therefore_o suffer_v affliction_n as_o a_o good_a soldior_fw-la of_o jesus_n christ_n 3_o who_o for_o thy_o sake_n be_v crucify_v 24_o prepare_v meet_v to_o comprehend_v celestial_a thing_n unless_o he_o can_v be_v content_a to_o bear_v adversity_n for_o christ_n his_o sake_n 35_o to_o conclude_v nothing_o be_v either_o more_o acceptable_a in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n or_o profitable_a for_o thyself_o in_o this_o life_n than_o willing_a lie_n to_o suffer_v adversity_n for_o the_o name_n of_o christ_n insomuch_o that_o if_o choice_n
