assure_v all_o of_o the_o sign_n fore_o prophesy_v in_o the_o scripture_n to_o come_v to_o pass_v before_o that_o day_n be_v well_o near_o accomplish_v and_o fulfil_v whereof_o we_o be_v to_o entreat_v in_o the_o chapter_n follow_v the_o four_o chapter_n the_o sign_n and_o token_n that_o shall_v go_v before_o this_o great_a and_o general_a judgement_n be_v thus_o divide_v by_o some_o into_o sign_n physical_a in_o the_o heaven_n earth_n and_o sea_n sign_n political_a in_o country_n and_o commonwealth_n sign_n ecclesiastical_a in_o church_n and_o churchman_n which_o division_n be_v good_a and_o may_v well_o be_v follow_v howbeit_o my_o purpose_n be_v not_o at_o this_o time_n to_o enter_v into_o any_o curious_a discourse_n but_o only_o brief_o and_o plain_o to_o discover_v and_o lay_v open_a such_o sign_n and_o token_n as_o the_o scripture_n do_v forewarn_v we_o of_o that_o shall_v come_v before_o this_o day_n whereof_o many_o no_o doubt_n be_v past_a and_o some_o may_v be_v yet_o to_o come_v which_o we_o will_v also_o note_v as_o we_o speak_v of_o they_o in_o particular_a and_o albeit_o i_o say_v there_o may_v be_v some_o figne_n and_o token_n that_o be_v not_o yet_o full_o accomplish_v 〈◊〉_d no_o man_n ought_v to_o defer_v 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d let_v no_o man_n therefore_o defer_v his_o repentance_n or_o think_v the_o day_n of_o judgement_n to_o be_v the_o further_o off_o for_o that_o for_o i_o suppose_v there_o be_v token_n that_o shall_v be_v see_v to_o come_v before_o that_o day_n no_o otherwise_o then_o the_o lightning_n before_o the_o thunder_n between_o the_o which_o there_o will_v be_v no_o time_n for_o the_o obstinate_a sinner_n to_o repent_v but_o even_o for_o the_o faithful_a and_o godly_a to_o lift_v up_o their_o head_n and_o to_o rejoice_v for_o that_o their_o redemption_n be_v so_o nigh_o the_o sign_n and_o token_n that_o shall_v go_v before_o this_o great_a and_o fearful_a day_n of_o judgement_n have_v christ_n the_o judge_n himself_o in_o token_n of_o his_o love_n unto_o we_o describe_v and_o make_v know_v howbeit_o somewhat_o dark_o to_o the_o end_n the_o godly_a shall_v consider_v thereof_o the_o more_o careful_o as_o the_o wicked_a do_v pass_v they_o over_o contemptuous_o which_o sign_n we_o will_v brief_o recite_v as_o they_o be_v deliver_v we_o by_o christ_n himself_o his_o faithful_a evangelist_n &_o apostle_n 21._o luke_n 21._o then_o shall_v be_v sign_n say_v saint_n luke_n in_o the_o sun_n and_o in_o the_o moon_n &_o in_o the_o star_n which_o no_o doubt_n have_v be_v accomplish_v &_o fulfil_v &_o that_o in_o this_o last_o age_n of_o the_o world_n by_o most_o strange_a &_o extraordinary_a eclipse_n of_o the_o sun_n &_o of_o the_o moon_n &_o by_o fearful_a &_o unwonted_a comet_n &_o blaze_a star_n that_o have_v appear_v as_o well_o to_o we_o as_o
