his_o delay_n in_o execute_v vengeance_n for_o sin_n with_o the_o severity_n of_o it_o when_o it_o come_v therefore_o in_o opposition_n to_o their_o devise_v iniquity_n verse_n 1._o that_o they_o may_v execute_v it_o well_o as_o they_o think_v the_o lord_n devise_v a_o evil_a say_v he_o that_o be_v it_o shall_v be_v as_o sore_a and_o sharp_a a_o evil_a as_o if_o it_o have_v be_v most_o serious_o devise_v and_o all_o the_o time_n of_o delay_n have_v be_v employ_v for_o that_o effect_n 4._o sin_n public_o act_v without_o controlment_n will_v bring_v on_o judgement_n against_o a_o
