by_o all_o its_o know_a attribute_n and_o after_o have_v likewise_o meditate_a on_o the_o effect_n of_o nature_n as_o much_o as_o the_o power_n and_o capacity_n of_o the_o mind_n will_v permit_v have_v be_v strong_o persuade_v that_o extension_n suppose_v nothing_o in_o matter_n whether_o it_o be_v that_o they_o have_v not_o have_v a_o distinct_a and_o particular_a idea_n of_o that_o thing_n which_o may_v be_v believe_v to_o precede_v extension_n or_o whether_o they_o have_v see_v no_o effect_n to_o prove_v that_o thing_n for_o as_o to_o be_v persuade_v that_o a_o watch_n have_v no_o be_v different_a from_o the_o matter_n whereof_o it_o be_v compose_v it_o be_v sufficient_a to_o know_v how_o the_o different_a disposition_n of_o the_o wheel_n can_v produce_v all_o the_o motion_n of_o a_o watch_n without_o have_v any_o distinct_a idea_n of_o that_o which_o may_v be_v the_o cause_n of_o those_o motion_n though_o several_a logical_a one_o may_v be_v give_v so_o because_o those_o of_o the_o matter_n but_o whereas_o man_n have_v no_o certain_a demonstration_n that_o there_o be_v no_o intelligence_n or_o new_a be_v create_v in_o the_o wheel_n of_o a_o watch_n so_o no_o body_n can_v without_o a_o particular_a revelation_n assert_v as_o a_o geometrical_a demonstration_n that_o there_o be_v nothing_o in_o a_o stone_n beside_o extension_n diverse_o consigure_v for_o that_o word_n for_o it_o be_v absolute_o necessary_a that_o whatever_o be_v in_o the_o world_n shall_v be_v either_o a_o be_v or_o the_o manner_n of_o a_o be_v a_o attentive_a mind_n can_v deny_v it_o now_o extension_n be_v not_o the_o manner_n of_o a_o be_v therefore_o it_o be_v asleep_o be_v but_o whereas_o matter_n be_v not_o a_o composition_n of_o several_a being_n like_o man_n who_o be_v compose_v of_o body_n and_o mind_n since_o matter_n be_v but_o one_o be_v only_o it_o be_v evident_a that_o matter_n be_v only_a extension_n now_o to_o prove_v that_o extension_n be_v not_o the_o
