four_o how_o he_o dispense_v viz._n by_o grant_v out_o a_o commission_n to_o they_o in_o particular_a unto_o i_o be_v give_v five_o to_o what_o end_n viz._n to_o fulfil_v the_o word_n of_o god_n from_o the_o coherence_n with_o the_o 23._o verse_n i_o note_v that_o if_o man_n will_v be_v establish_v in_o faith_n and_o hope_n they_o must_v be_v subject_a to_o the_o power_n of_o the_o ministry_n second_o that_o by_o his_o commission_n he_o be_v send_v unto_o god_n people_n who_o be_v the_o only_a worthy_n of_o the_o world_n three_o that_o a_o great_a part_n of_o the_o efficacy_n of_o the_o word_n rest_v by_o god_n appointment_n upon_o he_o and_o his_o office_n the_o restraint_n be_v likewise_o in_o three_o thing_n first_o he_o be_v a_o minister_n or_o servant_n not_o a_o lord_n or_o saviour_n second_o he_o receive_v his_o commandment_n from_o god_n he_o must_v not_o run_v of_o his_o own_o head_n nor_o hold_v his_o office_n by_o mere_a humane_a ordination_n three_o the_o word_n
