calling_n man_n of_o sufficiency_n to_o avoid_v trouble_n and_o charge_n will_v withdraw_v themselves_o and_o so_o the_o king_n and_o country_n shall_v be_v serve_v either_o not_o at_o all_o or_o by_o unworthy_a one_o here_o likewise_o will_v be_v no_o order_n if_o there_o be_v not_o leave_v in_o some_o other_o a_o power_n to_o impose_v those_o office_n upon_o sufficient_a man_n it_o may_v be_v
