lawful_a governor_n sect._n 70._o and_o when_o we_o do_v obey_v in_o a_o case_n of_o miscommand_v it_o be_v not_o a_o do_v evil_a that_o good_a may_v come_v of_o it_o as_o some_o do_v misconceive_v but_o it_o be_v only_o a_o submit_v to_o that_o which_o be_v ill-commanded_n but_o not_o evil_a in_o he_o that_o do_v submit_v it_o be_v the_o determiner_n that_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o the_o inconvenience_n and_o not_o the_o obeyer_n nor_o be_v it_o inconvenient_a for_o i_o to_o obey_v though_o it_o be_v worse_o perhaps_o to_o he_o that_o command_v while_o he_o sin_v in_o command_v he_o may_v make_v it_o my_o duty_n to_o obey_v p._n 461._o sect._n 6._o the_o reason_n of_o this_o be_v obvious_a and_o clear_a even_o because_o it_o be_v the_o office_n of_o the_o governor_n to_o determine_v of_o such_o circumstance_n it_o be_v the_o pastor_n office_n to_o guide_v and_o oversee_v the_o flock_n and_o when_o he_o determine_v these_o he_o be_v but_o in_o his_o own_o way_n and_o do_v but_o his_o own_o work_n and_o therefore_o he_o be_v therein_o the_o judge_n if_o the_o case_n be_v controvertible_a if_o none_o shall_v obey_v a_o magistrate_n or_o pastor_n in_o the_o work_n of_o their_o own_o office_n as_o long_o as_o they_o think_v he_o do_v they_o not_o the_o best_a way_n all_o governor_n than_o will_v be_v present_o overthrow_v and_o obedience_n deny_v we_o be_v sure_a that_o god_n have_v command_v we_o to_o obey_v they_o that_o be_v ever_o we_o in_o the_o lord_n 1_o thess_n 5._o 12._o hebr._n 13._o 7._o 17_o etc._n etc._n and_o therefore_o a_o certain_a duty_n may_v not_o be_v forbear_v on_o uncertain_a conjecture_n or_o upon_o every_o miscarriage_n of_o they_o that_o we_o owe_v it_o to_o this_o will_v un-church_n all_o church_n as_o they_o be_v political_a society_n for_o if_o pastor_n be_v take_v down_o and_o the_o work_n of_o pastor_n the_o church_n be_v take_v down_o s._n 7._o and_o the_o thing_n in_o which_o the_o pastor_n be_v now_o suppose_a to_o err_v be_v not_o of_o themselves_o unlawful_a but_o only_o by_o such_o a_o accident_n as_o be_v
