of_o outward_a thing_n tempt_v we_o in_o the_o very_a secret_a thought_n of_o our_o heart_n for_o he_o be_v a_o spirit_n and_o by_o creation_n most_o excellent_a have_v access_n unto_o our_o spirit_n to_o trouble_v they_o and_o disorder_v all_o their_o action_n as_o we_o see_v corporal_a creature_n with_o corporal_a and_o bodily_a force_n to_o annoy_v one_o another_o and_o as_o he_o be_v a_o spirit_n so_o the_o long_a experience_n which_o he_o have_v of_o our_o corruption_n and_o misery_n from_o age_n to_o age_n give_v he_o knowledge_n of_o our_o mind_n more_o perfect_o who_o gather_v it_o by_o the_o least_o sign_n of_o our_o inclination_n and_o will_n not_o that_o he_o know_v our_o heart_n for_o that_o be_v proper_a to_o god_n only_o but_o through_o his_o long_a acquaintance_n with_o our_o nature_n he_o conceive_v our_o intent_n and_o purpose_n and_o that_o oftentimes_o without_o signification_n either_o of_o speech_n or_o gesture_n and_o thus_o he_o be_v able_a to_o discover_v the_o vanity_n of_o our_o mind_n by_o the_o knowledge_n of_o our_o universal_a corruption_n as_o he_o see_v occasion_n and_o whereto_o we_o most_o incline_v he_o suggest_v his_o temptation_n to_o sin_n and_o disobedience_n now_o if_o to_o these_o two_o we_o add_v his_o malice_n for_o he_o be_v not_o call_v the_o envious_a man_n for_o naught_o and_o his_o unsearchable_a to_o take_v upon_o they_o to_o censure_v those_o which_o be_v wise_a than_o themselves_o the_o duty_n of_o the_o strong_a be_v to_o bear_v their_o infirmity_n 14.3.4_o neither_o to_o please_v occupy_v about_o the_o wise_a reader_n must_v have_v consideration_n thereof_o the_o duty_n to_o their_o life_n be_v many_o health_n and_o those_o both_o to_o the_o bodily_a life_n and_o the_o of_o we_o as_o far_o as_o we_o can_v hinder_v it_o in_o stripe_n wound_n bitter_a taunt_n or_o hard_o handle_v any_o other_o way_n either_o he_o or_o he_o whereby_o his_o life_n may_v be_v make_v unpleasant_a while_o he_o live_v harmless_a among_o we_o nay_o though_o he_o shall_v overshoote_v himself_o towards_o we_o and_o provoke_v we_o yet_o god_n will_v have_v we_o arm_v against_o such_o offence_n by_o that_o mildness_n of_o spirit_n which_o change_v our_o boisterous_a nature_n into_o sweet_a amiableness_n verify_v that_o which_o be_v write_v by_o the_o prophet_n the_o lamb_n and_o the_o lion_n shall_v feed_v together_o esai_n 11.6_o whereby_o we_o be_v make_v able_a and_o fit_a to_o live_v even_o with_o bad_a person_n which_o mildness_n teach_v we_o to_o bear_v much_o and_o suffer_v far_o rather_o than_o to_o be_v angry_a in_o our_o own_o cause_n 19.11_o which_o how_o weighty_a soever_o it_o seem_v to_o we_o be_v no_o better_a than_o folly_n and_o madness_n therefore_o he_o when_o any_o man_n shall_v through_o zeal_n without_o knowledge_n do_v that_o at_o one_o time_n which_o shall_v quench_v zeal_n for_o want_n of_o wise_a heed_n take_v for_o many_o time_n after_o all_o which_o it_o be_v say_v by_o god_n in_o the_o prophet_n in_o vain_a do_v they_o worship_v i_o 29.13_o the_o second_o be_v when_o although_o we_o be_v desirous_a to_o use_v it_o care_n and_o that_o for_o our_o help_n and_o edify_a yet_o our_o head_n be_v so_o full_a of_o trifle_v and_o wander_a fantasy_n or_o worldly_a matter_n that_o we_o can_v mind_v those_o heavenly_a thing_n which_o that_o which_o they_o most_o of_o all_o desire_n and_o although_o through_o the_o very_a corruption_n of_o nature_n the_o best_a of_o god_n child_n do_v complain_v that_o they_o do_v not_o the_o good_a they_o will_v and_o therefore_o not_o this_o good_a sometime_o notwithstanding_o they_o mislike_v that_o it_o shall_v be_v so_o and_o resist_v it_o yet_o the_o especial_a cause_n of_o this_o unsavourie_n wearisome_a and_o untoward_a take_n in_o hand_n or_o set_v upon_o so_o holy_a and_o heavenly_a a_o part_n of_o god_n worship_n be_v another_o beside_o this_o that_o be_v to_o say_v the_o let_v loose_a of_o our_o heart_n all_o the_o day_n as_o i_o have_v have_v occasion_n to_o say_v in_o another_o place_n disordred_o without_o watch_v over_o they_o and_o call_v they_o back_o from_o such_o endless_a roving_n that_o they_o may_v not_o forget_v god_n but_o be_v hold_v within_o holy_a compass_n wheresoever_o we_o become_v or_o whatsoever_o we_o go_v about_o for_o there_o must_v desire_n it_o have_v be_v hard_o for_o we_o to_o wean_v they_o from_o it_o when_o we_o will_v and_o while_o we_o will_v be_v at_o this_o point_n it_o will_v never_o be_v better_o with_o we_o in_o our_o meditation_n heart_n no_o although_o god_n have_v appoint_v the_o same_o to_o be_v a_o especial_a help_n to_o the_o well_o frame_v of_o our_o life_n and_o that_o our_o mind_n be_v bring_v into_o a_o heavenly_a estate_n thereby_o if_o we_o will_v frequent_v it_o yea_o although_o we_o appoint_v some_o especial_a time_n thereunto_o yet_o shall_v we_o be_v turn_v from_o muse_v on_o good_a thing_n to_o wander_a and_o shall_v hardly_o fasten_v on_o any_o good_a matter_n have_v yet_o certain_a principal_a point_n concern_v our_o estate_n to_o set_v we_o on_o work_n therein_o so_o many_o trifle_a fantasy_n and_o dream_n shall_v swim_v in_o our_o brain_n to_o hold_v out_o better_o and_o till_o these_o by_o little_a and_o little_o be_v dry_v up_o with_o the_o flame_n of_o heavenly_a and_o fervent_a affection_n unsual_o possess_v our_o heart_n in_o stead_n of_o they_o it_o will_v never_o be_v otherwise_o with_o we_o but_o worse_a and_o worse_o and_o it_o be_v a_o thing_n to_o be_v wonder_v at_o that_o see_v none_o of_o our_o action_n any_o day_n can_v be_v well_o do_v when_o our_o heart_n be_v not_o good_a and_o so_o preserve_v and_o keep_v which_o without_o circumspect_a care_n and_o watch_v over_o they_o can_v be_v it_o may_v be_v wonder_v at_o i_o say_v that_o we_o shall_v yet_o be_v secure_a and_o negligent_a about_o the_o keep_n of_o they_o from_o such_o danger_n the_o infinite_a fruit_n that_o come_v thereof_o we_o may_v more_o willing_o and_o of_o conscience_n betake_v ourselves_o thereunto_o that_o so_o we_o may_v find_v in_o this_o faithful_a walk_n in_o our_o call_n a_o peaceable_a course_n of_o live_v here_o which_o may_v bring_v happiness_n with_o it_o in_o the_o end_n the_o necessity_n and_o benefit_n of_o this_o in_o a_o christian_a few_o do_v sufficient_o know_v or_o consider_v for_o all_o be_v natural_o give_v to_o seek_v liberty_n amiss_o 9.17_o and_o steal_v water_n as_o it_o be_v in_o the_o proverb_n be_v sweet_a and_o many_o who_o thereby_o be_v dispose_v more_o ready_o to_o other_o part_n of_o duty_n which_o we_o see_v to_o be_v no_o common_a thing_n in_o the_o world_n first_o this_o must_v be_v consider_v 1.8_o that_o it_o be_v the_o lord_n that_o set_v we_o in_o our_o calling_n and_o have_v promise_v to_o be_v with_o we_o and_o to_o give_v we_o good_a success_n in_o they_o and_o to_o help_v we_o bear_v all_o tediousness_n therein_o and_o further_o 3.24_o that_o he_o have_v will_v we_o to_o do_v all_o such_o duty_n for_o his_o sake_n in_o such_o manner_n as_o if_o we_o do_v they_o unto_o he_o and_o from_o he_o to_o look_v for_o a_o reward_n now_o what_o true_a christian_a be_v there_o who_o if_o he_o believe_v this_o be_v not_o encourage_v to_o do_v his_o business_n ready_o and_o willing_o who_o will_v not_o be_v glad_a to_o do_v any_o thing_n which_o may_v please_v god_n and_o who_o heart_n shall_v not_o be_v joyful_a to_o go_v about_o the_o lord_n work_v whereby_o tediousness_n unquietness_n and_o manifold_a unsetling_n be_v remove_v and_o so_o shall_v we_o not_o grow_v out_o of_o frame_n but_o have_v our_o mind_n ready_o prepare_v to_o other_o duty_n and_o most_o sure_a it_o be_v that_o man_n calling_n and_o labour_n be_v so_o burdensome_a unto_o they_o even_o for_o this_o cause_n that_o they_o do_v not_o think_v thus_o of_o they_o neither_o be_v such_o cheerful_a at_o their_o work_n but_o only_o for_o the_o gain_n that_o move_v they_o or_o for_o that_o they_o must_v needs_o &_o be_v so_o unwilling_o &_o corrupt_o occupy_v in_o they_o neither_o be_v they_o fit_a for_o any_o good_a thing_n or_o duty_n after_o in_o the_o minister_n who_o be_v consecrate_v by_o the_o lord_n even_o to_o divine_a study_n and_o pass_n of_o his_o time_n and_o have_v it_o enjoin_v he_o for_o his_o call_n that_o he_o attend_v daily_o to_o read_v private_o and_o to_o doctrine_n and_o exhortation_n public_o how_o hardly_o obtain_v he_o it_o of_o himself_o as_o heavenly_a and_o sweet_a a_o call_n as_o it_o be_v to_o abide_v and_o hold_v out_o therein_o yea_o and_o how_o few_o do_v it_o i_o speak_v even_o of_o such_o as_o have_v receive_v good_a gift_n of_o god_n not_o of_o the_o worse_a sort_n only_o but_o trifle_v out_o their_o precious_a time_n as_o other_o do_v as_o though_o it_o be_v little_a to_o be_v regard_v which_o be_v write_v he_o that_o win_v soul_n be_v wise_a and_o they_o that_o have_v instruct_v other_o shall_v shine_v as_o the_o star_n dan._n 12.3_o and_o therefore_o of_o other_o who_o calling_n be_v not_o to_o be_v occupy_v through_o the_o day_n in_o that_o heavenly_a manner_n how_o be_v it_o to_o be_v look_v for_o if_o they_o shall_v not_o of_o conscience_n tie_v themselves_o thereto_o and_o walk_v cheerful_o and_o faithful_o therein_o but_o when_o man_n shall_v know_v and_o may_v be_v bold_a to_o remember_v and_o consider_v diligent_o that_o they_o be_v appoint_v by_o god_n to_o bestow_v the_o most_o part_n of_o the_o time_n in_o their_o they_o have_v a_o promise_n of_o blessing_n therein_o first_o with_o what_o peace_n may_v they_o be_v occupy_v in_o they_o and_o overcome_v that_o tediousness_n and_o wearisomenesse_n which_o will_v otherwise_o cleave_v unto_o they_o thus_o i_o can_v wish_v that_o christian_a man_n take_v their_o calling_n to_o be_v in_o such_o sort_n enjoin_v they_o of_o god_n that_o they_o neither_o dare_v neglect_v they_o nor_o yet_o find_v they_o burdensome_a and_o wearisome_a to_o they_o but_o that_o they_o can_v wise_o see_v how_o when_o and_o why_o to_o intermit_v they_o that_o be_v to_o say_v for_o necessary_a and_o profitable_a cause_n and_o consideration_n as_o for_o the_o ministry_n of_o the_o word_n the_o visit_n of_o friend_n moderate_a lawful_a and_o necessary_a refresh_n of_o themselves_o and_o in_o good_a sort_n to_o return_v to_o they_o again_o more_o fit_o second_o furthermore_o we_o shall_v not_o be_v unsettle_a by_o the_o work_n of_o our_o calling_n nor_o wearisome_o cast_v they_o off_o when_o we_o shall_v be_v able_a to_o see_v that_o we_o have_v practice_v of_o most_o duty_n in_o christianity_n therein_o as_o diligence_n obedience_n faith_n patience_n truth_n etc._n etc._n and_o thereby_o learn_v experience_n that_o god_n who_o have_v give_v we_o wisdom_n cheerfulness_n patience_n and_o the_o rest_n heretofore_o to_o bear_v the_o burden_n of_o they_o content_o and_o willing_o when_o in_o the_o prayer_n

other_o duty_n we_o and_o the_o other_o part_n of_o our_o family_n do_v reverent_o worship_n god_n together_o that_o be_v to_o say_v that_o we_o solemn_o upon_o our_o knee_n make_v confession_n of_o our_o sin_n and_o request_n to_o he_o with_o thanksgiving_n and_o because_o it_o be_v require_v that_o the_o word_n of_o god_n shall_v be_v teach_v by_o we_o to_o our_o child_n and_o charge_n gen._n 18.19_o therefore_o that_o when_o we_o may_v convenient_o we_o instruct_v they_o as_o they_o be_v fit_a to_o conceive_v in_o those_o thing_n which_o be_v most_o necessary_a for_o they_o train_v they_o up_o to_o answer_v to_o the_o same_o and_o that_o they_o be_v encourage_v to_o have_v acquaintance_n with_o the_o scripture_n and_o to_o be_v exercise_v in_o they_o from_o their_o childhood_n 2._o tim._n 3.15_o that_o so_o the_o word_n of_o god_n may_v dwell_v in_o they_o plentiful_o col._n 3.16_o and_o to_o edify_v themselves_o in_o sing_v of_o psalm_n to_o the_o praise_n of_o god_n &_o the_o put_n of_o themselves_o in_o mind_n of_o the_o heavenly_a melody_n and_o rejoice_v which_o they_o shall_v have_v with_o the_o lord_n and_o his_o saint_n in_o his_o kingdom_n even_o this_o i_o say_v be_v another_o of_o those_o duty_n which_o be_v as_o oft_o as_o may_v be_v to_o be_v perform_v in_o our_o family_n i_o say_v as_o oft_o as_o may_v be_v because_o no_o man_n conscience_n shall_v be_v accuse_v for_o the_o omit_v of_o it_o on_o some_o day_n upon_o necessity_n which_o may_v fall_v out_o but_o yet_o no_o man_n for_o all_o that_o may_v fain_o necessity_n to_o pass_v over_o a_o duty_n of_o so_o great_a use_n and_o for_o so_o long_a continuance_n even_o throughout_o his_o life_n except_o he_o supply_v the_o omit_v of_o it_o in_o some_o answerable_a sort_n otherwise_o and_o whereas_o by_o the_o example_n of_o god_n holy_a servant_n this_o duty_n of_o call_v upon_o god_n be_v commend_v to_o we_o as_o to_o have_v be_v offer_v to_o god_n three_o time_n in_o the_o day_n the_o other_o of_o teach_v their_o family_n as_o a_o thing_n ordinary_a and_o usual_a 6.10_o what_o cause_n be_v there_o why_o we_o in_o who_o day_n the_o light_n of_o the_o truth_n shine_v more_o clear_o than_o it_o do_v in_o they_o shall_v be_v behind_o they_o in_o any_o such_o duty_n sometime_o by_o ourselves_o sometime_o with_o our_o family_n until_o we_o may_v say_v that_o we_o have_v be_v suitable_a to_o they_o in_o testify_v our_o love_n to_o god_n who_o we_o obey_v in_o perform_v they_o and_o the_o religious_a care_n of_o our_o own_o good_a which_o we_o be_v sure_o can_v never_o be_v enough_o as_o for_o the_o daily_a continuance_n of_o this_o duty_n from_o time_n to_o time_n throughout_o our_o life_n although_o i_o doubt_v not_o but_o that_o many_o do_v it_o now_o and_o then_o who_o yet_o will_v not_o tie_v themselves_o unto_o it_o constant_o and_o therefore_o reap_v the_o slight_a fruit_n of_o it_o some_o reason_n i_o will_v allege_v to_o persuade_v they_o and_o first_o it_o may_v please_v such_o to_o understand_v family_n that_o our_o necessity_n do_v require_v it_o one_o day_n as_o much_o and_o as_o well_o as_o another_o except_o necessity_n hinder_v as_o have_v be_v say_v before_o see_v some_o be_v rude_a some_o worldly_a some_o ignorant_a and_o the_o best_a be_v forgetful_a and_o we_o find_v that_o every_o day_n bring_v with_o it_o sufficient_a cause_n to_o renew_v our_o faith_n and_o strength_n against_o sin_n and_o all_o kind_n of_o discouragement_n and_o to_o honour_n and_o praise_n god_n if_o it_o be_v well_o consider_v for_o his_o daily_a favour_n and_o kindness_n for_o such_o duty_n be_v in_o use_n daily_o do_v hold_v we_o from_o some_o evil_n which_o we_o shall_v otherwise_o do_v beside_o see_v particular_a family_n be_v the_o member_n and_o part_n of_o the_o church_n and_o every_o governor_n be_v that_o in_o the_o family_n that_o the_o minister_n be_v in_o the_o congregation_n therefore_o if_o they_o be_v not_o accustom_v to_o worship_n and_o serve_v god_n at_o home_n how_o shall_v they_o be_v able_a to_o do_v it_o with_o profit_n in_o the_o assembly_n especial_o see_v experience_n teach_v that_o the_o mind_n be_v unseasoned_a all_o the_o week_n at_o home_n be_v further_o off_o from_o goodness_n on_o the_o sabbath_n and_o yet_o all_o which_o be_v do_v this_o way_n both_o public_o and_o private_o be_v little_a enough_o even_o in_o the_o best_a christian_n and_o that_o we_o come_v the_o often_o and_o more_o cheerful_o hereunto_o as_o oft_o as_o it_o shall_v behoove_v we_o we_o must_v know_v and_o consider_v that_o we_o have_v therein_o communion_n and_o fellowship_n with_o the_o lord_n and_o be_v admit_v to_o speak_v and_o break_v our_o mind_n unto_o he_o and_o so_o have_v our_o soul_n most_o sweet_o refresh_v thereby_o as_o if_o we_o meet_v before_o he_o public_o and_o what_o be_v like_a unto_o such_o liberty_n that_o in_o a_o reverend_a sort_n we_o may_v be_v admit_v to_o speak_v unto_o the_o lord_n and_o to_o have_v he_o make_v answer_n to_o we_o again_o so_o that_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v hard_o for_o we_o to_o be_v bring_v to_o enjoy_v so_o great_a commodity_n but_o rather_o to_o count_v our_o state_n the_o more_o happy_a the_o oft_o that_o we_o may_v be_v partaker_n of_o such_o a_o benefit_n again_o it_o be_v meet_v that_o we_o shall_v in_o this_o sort_n have_v our_o recourse_n to_o he_o daily_o to_o the_o end_n that_o our_o whole_a conversation_n may_v savour_n of_o he_o that_o as_o all_o abundance_n of_o heavenly_a odour_n that_o be_v of_o spiritual_a grace_n do_v flow_v from_o his_o majesty_n to_o all_o that_o be_v about_o he_o and_o by_o the_o prayer_n of_o faith_n come_v near_o he_o more_o fragrant_a than_o aaron_n ointment_n so_o we_o be_v conversant_a with_o he_o in_o this_o heavenly_a manner_n may_v hereby_o as_o by_o a_o sweet_a preservative_n keep_v ourselves_o from_o all_o annoyance_n of_o satan_n and_o the_o world_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v no_o wisdom_n for_o we_o to_o be_v long_o from_o he_o in_o this_o manner_n especial_o have_v such_o free_a access_n unto_o he_o whensoever_o we_o list_v this_o reason_n shall_v the_o easy_o persuade_v we_o because_o we_o see_v how_o by_o occasion_n of_o earthly_a deal_n our_o earthly_a mind_n draw_v we_o to_o be_v altogether_o earthly_a in_o our_o talk_n one_o to_o another_o churlish_a hot_a bitter_a or_o light_n profane_a rash_a and_o so_o in_o our_o behaviour_n testify_v nothing_o else_o but_o a_o worldly_a mind_n and_o be_v any_o thing_n more_o to_o be_v desire_v then_o the_o change_v of_o this_o course_n that_o there_o be_v no_o cause_n why_o we_o shall_v think_v much_o to_o tie_v ourselves_o daily_o as_o we_o shall_v be_v able_a to_o these_o duty_n weigh_v now_o a_o little_a what_o companion_n we_o have_v in_o the_o scripture_n in_o the_o performance_n of_o they_o 18.19_o abraham_n be_v renown_v of_o god_n for_o his_o diligence_n and_o faithfulness_n in_o the_o perform_v of_o these_o exercise_n of_o religion_n in_o his_o family_n for_o instruct_v they_o and_o therefore_o no_o doubt_n pray_v with_o they_o see_v all_o thing_n be_v sanctify_v by_o the_o word_n and_o prayer_n 24.15_o 1._o tim._n in_o they_o therefore_o see_v such_o worthy_a servant_n of_o god_n have_v go_v before_o we_o in_o the_o performance_n of_o these_o duty_n in_o their_o family_n and_o so_o have_v continue_v they_o as_o there_o be_v no_o doubt_n as_o they_o have_v see_v their_o daily_a necessity_n to_o require_v and_o that_o they_o reap_v singular_a fruit_n thereby_o therefore_o it_o shall_v be_v necessary_a for_o we_o oft_o and_o usual_o to_o meet_v together_o for_o the_o private_a worship_v of_o god_n in_o our_o family_n the_o whole_a together_o be_v it_o small_a or_o great_a for_o this_o may_v

and_o which_o cause_n sorrow_n be_v most_o dear_a and_o precious_a to_o us._n for_o how_o be_v the_o apostle_n oppress_v with_o both_o disciple_n not_o only_o at_o their_o scatter_n from_o their_o forementioned_a liberty_n which_o be_v well_o use_v be_v also_o commendable_a virtue_n grow_v into_o ill_a report_n among_o the_o ignorant_a and_o unstayed_a which_o otherwise_o be_v not_o reproachful_a neither_o deserve_v any_o blame_n and_o this_o i_o have_v speak_v to_o meet_v with_o a_o objection_n which_o may_v rise_v in_o the_o mind_n of_o some_o by_o occasion_n of_o that_o which_o go_v before_o and_o if_o this_o content_v they_o not_o they_o show_v themselves_o just_o to_o be_v suspect_v of_o worse_a meaning_n then_o in_o their_o objection_n they_o pretend_v as_o for_o they_o who_o say_v if_o they_o have_v riches_n they_o may_v joint_n their_o enemy_n and_o stand_v against_o they_o and_o do_v many_o other_o thing_n which_o now_o they_o can_v for_o want_v of_o they_o it_o be_v not_o worth_a the_o answer_n for_o god_n do_v not_o give_v these_o his_o blessing_n to_o man_n to_o bestow_v they_o on_o their_o lust_n 3.14_o but_o to_o profitable_a and_o necessary_a use_n and_o where_o man_n do_v not_o make_v that_o reckon_n of_o they_o and_o learn_v not_o to_o be_v master_n over_o they_o rather_o than_o to_o be_v servant_n and_o slave_n to_o they_o what_o one_o countenance_n and_o control_n of_o other_o flourish_z and_o please_v ourselves_o also_o in_o other_o jollity_n liberty_n and_o exercise_n what_o be_v we_o the_o better_a all_o man_n see_v that_o we_o may_v want_v these_o better_a than_o the_o pair_v of_o our_o nail_n and_o that_o we_o may_v please_v god_n better_o without_o they_o and_o that_o we_o shall_v not_o have_v so_o many_o thing_n to_o let_v and_o hinder_v we_o if_o we_o be_v free_a from_o they_o we_o have_v promise_n of_o sufficiency_n if_o we_o desire_v to_o live_v under_o his_o governemnt_n and_o without_o that_o curse_a be_v all_o plenty_n but_o here_o a_o end_n of_o this_o matter_n

seven_o as_o they_o say_v in_o the_o world_n and_o to_o make_v they_o shift_v for_o themselves_o as_o orphan_n and_o to_o trust_v to_o their_o own_o wisdom_n and_o strength_n to_o preserve_v they_o from_o sathan_n and_o sin_n but_o that_o he_o as_o a_o father_n care_v for_o they_o have_v sufficient_a power_n in_o his_o hand_n to_o strengthen_v they_o and_o require_v this_o of_o they_o that_o they_o shall_v believe_v it_o which_o they_o can_v do_v but_o thereby_o they_o be_v mighty_o stay_v and_o uphold_v sin_n and_o by_o the_o same_o faith_n shall_v more_o and_o more_o be_v uphold_v daily_o until_o they_o see_v themselves_o set_v at_o great_a liberty_n and_o that_o it_o be_v the_o devil_n who_o before_o hold_v they_o in_o fear_n and_o bondage_n objection_n the_o common_a objection_n will_v here_o be_v put_v forth_o unto_o i_o that_o they_o will_v if_o they_o dare_v be_v so_o bold_a believe_v with_o all_o their_o heart_n that_o god_n will_v subdue_v and_o slay_v their_o sin_n and_o lead_v they_o forward_o to_o live_v godly_a if_o they_o can_v first_o overcome_v some_o particular_a sin_n which_o do_v most_o trouble_v they_o but_o as_o long_o as_o they_o peculiar_a to_o they_o know_v we_o that_o as_o for_o other_o it_o shall_v not_o neither_o can_v be_v so_o with_o they_o they_o have_v no_o part_n in_o this_o treasure_n no_o not_o even_o they_o godly_a which_o at_o sometime_o will_v seem_v more_o holy_a than_o the_o rest_n the_o wicked_a i_o say_v have_v no_o fitness_n nor_o aptness_n to_o receive_v this_o grace_n to_o live_v godly_a no_o more_o than_o a_o dead_a man_n be_v fit_a to_o rise_v again_o and_o walk_v or_o the_o black_a moor_n by_o wash_v to_o change_v his_o black_a skin_n and_o therefore_o although_o they_o like_v well_o enough_o of_o the_o name_n of_o it_o yet_o that_o they_o be_v such_o as_o deny_v the_o power_n of_o it_o hereby_o it_o may_v appear_v that_o as_o the_o worst_a sort_n of_o they_o like_o dog_n and_o swine_n tread_v it_o under_o foot_n and_o scoff_n at_o it_o the_o common_a sort_n count_v it_o and_o term_v it_o preciseness_n and_o love_n to_o be_v conversant_a with_o those_o that_o be_v of_o their_o own_o mind_n so_o the_o best_a sort_n of_o they_o be_v such_o as_o find_v in_o themselves_o and_o know_v that_o they_o have_v no_o pleasure_n in_o it_o no_o better_o be_v the_o patch_a life_n
