another_o cause_n who_o be_v not_o so_o well_o able_a to_o plead_v it_o himself_o christ_n office_n then_o as_o a_o advocate_n be_v this_o to_o plead_v the_o cause_n of_o poor_a sinner_n who_o can_v themselves_o plead_v they_o and_o that_o in_o a_o way_n of_o justice_n here_o be_v the_o great_a difference_n betwixt_o christ_n plead_v and_o we_o whensoever_o we_o plead_v we_o plead_v but_o as_o petitioner_n but_o when_o christ_n plead_v he_o plead_v as_o a_o advocate_n a_o petitioner_n he_o bring_v his_o cause_n to_o the_o foot_n of_o mercy_n and_o leave_v it_o there_o he_o dare_v not_o i_o will_v be_v try_v even_o by_o thou_o o_o justice_n 2_o what_o manner_n of_o advocate_n be_v christ_n answ_n 1._o he_o be_v a_o advocate_n in_o the_o superior_a court_n a_o advocate_n in_o the_o superior_a court_n be_v better_a than_o in_o the_o inferior_a because_o there_o may_v be_v a_o appeal_n from_o the_o inferior_a and_o a_o sentence_n there_o pass_v be_v not_o determinative_a because_o it_o may_v be_v reverse_v above_o but_o now_o the_o law_n and_o decree_n of_o the_o superior_a court_n they_o be_v bind_v and_o determinative_a there_o can_v be_v no_o appeal_n thence_o but_o 3_o he_o be_v a_o advocate_n that_o have_v a_o lawful_a call_n to_o the_o bar._n in_o our_o common_a and_o civil_a law_n there_o be_v degree_n of_o lawyer_n we_o have_v our_o student_n at_o law_n our_o councillor_n and_o sergeant_n and_o sometime_o it_o so_o fall_v out_o that_o a_o student_n of_o the_o law_n be_v better_a able_a to_o plead_v the_o client_n cause_n than_o a_o sergeant_n yet_o because_o he_o have_v not_o his_o degree_n upon_o he_o he_o be_v not_o call_v to_o the_o bar_n and_o so_o be_v not_o call_v to_o the_o bar_n he_o can_v plead_v sometime_o perhaps_o such_o a_o one_o stand_v by_o and_o he_o see_v a_o poor_a man_n cause_n through_o the_o weakness_n of_o he_o that_o mannage_v it_o go_v to_o the_o wall_n and_o he_o can_v help_v he_o and_o will_v willing_o do_v it_o entrust_v it_o with_o but_o now_o christ_n be_v a_o faithful_a advocate_n and_o therefore_o in_o the_o text_n as_o he_o be_v call_v a_o advocate_n so_o he_o be_v also_o call_v the_o righteous_a and_o so_o heb._n 2._o he_o be_v say_v to_o be_v a_o faithful_a high_a priest_n he_o be_v such_o a_o advocate_n as_o will_v not_o deceive_v his_o poor_a client_n thou_o may_v o_o poor_a soul_n trust_v thy_o cause_n with_o christ_n he_o will_v not_o deceive_v thou_o it_o be_v a_o great_a jealousy_n many_o time_n a_o poor_a man_n have_v and_o perhaps_o from_o ground_n enough_o that_o his_o lawyer_n for_o the_o help_n of_o those_o who_o for_o want_v of_o matter_n be_v at_o a_o loss_n what_o to_o exercise_v their_o heart_n about_o and_o so_o usual_o take_v that_o which_o come_v next_o to_o hand_n
