such_o enormity_n as_o have_v happen_v in_o their_o parish_n since_o their_o last_o presentment_n and_o this_o duty_n they_o shall_v perform_v before_o the_o new_o choose_a churchwarden_n and_o sideman_n be_v swear_v and_o shall_v not_o be_v suffer_v to_o pass_v over_o the_o say_a presentment_n to_o those_o that_o be_v new_o come_v into_o office_n and_o be_v by_o intendment_n ignorant_a of_o such_o crime_n under_o pain_n of_o those_o censure_n which_o be_v appoint_v for_o the_o reformation_n of_o such_o dallier_n and_o dispenser_n with_o their_o own_o conscience_n and_o oath_n cxix_o convenient_a time_n to_o be_v assign_v for_o frame_v presentment_n for_o the_o avoid_n of_o such_o inconvenience_n as_o heretofore_o have_v happen_v by_o the_o hasty_a make_n of_o bill_n of_o presentment_n upon_o the_o day_n of_o the_o visitation_n and_o synod_n it_o be_v order_v that_o always_o hereafter_o every_o chancellor_n archdeacon_n commissary_n and_o official_a and_o every_o summon_v their_o visitation_n shall_v deliver_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v deliver_v to_o the_o churchwarden_n quest-man_n and_o sideman_n of_o every_o parish_n or_o to_o some_o of_o they_o such_o book_n of_o article_n as_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v require_v for_o the_o year_n follow_v the_o say_a churchwarden_n quest-man_n and_o sideman_n to_o ground_v their_o presentment_n upon_o at_o such_o time_n as_o they_o be_v to_o exhibit_v they_o in_o which_o book_n shall_v be_v contain_v the_o form_n of_o the_o oath_n which_o must_v be_v take_v immediate_o before_o every_o such_o presentment_n to_o the_o intent_n that_o have_v beforehand_o time_n sufficient_a not_o only_o to_o peruse_v and_o consider_v what_o their_o say_a oath_n shall_v be_v but_o the_o article_n also_o the_o self_n same_o fault_n any_o of_o his_o majesty_n subject_n shall_v be_v challenge_v and_o molest_v in_o divers_a ecclesiastical_a court_n we_o order_n and_o appoint_v that_o every_o archdeacon_n or_o his_o official_a within_o one_o month_n after_o the_o visitation_n end_v that_o year_n and_o the_o presentment_n receive_v shall_v certify_v under_o his_o hand_n and_o seal_n to_o the_o bishop_n or_o his_o chancellor_n the_o name_n and_o crime_n of_o all_o such_o as_o be_v detect_v and_o present_v in_o his_o say_a visitation_n to_o the_o end_n the_o chancellor_n shall_v thenceforth_o forbear_v to_o convent_n any_o person_n for_o any_o crime_n or_o cause_n so_o detect_v or_o present_v to_o the_o archdeacon_n and_o the_o chancellor_n within_o the_o like_a time_n after_o the_o bishop_n visitation_n end_v and_o presentment_n receive_v shall_v under_o his_o hand_n and_o seal_n signify_v to_o the_o archdeacon_n or_o his_o official_a the_o name_n and_o crime_n of_o all_o such_o person_n which_o shall_v be_v detect_v or_o present_v unto_o he_o in_o that_o visitation_n to_o the_o same_o intent_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a and_o if_o these_o officer_n shall_v not_o certify_v each_o other_o as_o be_v here_o prescribe_v or_o after_o such_o certificate_n shall_v intermeddle_v with_o the_o crime_n or_o person_n detect_v and_o present_v in_o each_o other_o visitation_n then_o every_o of_o they_o so_o offend_v shall_v be_v suspend_v from_o all_o exercise_n of_o his_o jurisdiction_n by_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n until_o he_o shall_v repay_v the_o cost_n and_o expense_n which_o the_o party_n grieve_v have_v be_v at_o by_o that_o vexation_n cxxii_o no_o sentence_n of_o deprivation_n or_o deposition_n to_o be_v pronounce_v against_o a_o minister_n but_o by_o the_o bishop_n when_o any_o minister_n be_v complain_v of_o in_o any_o ecclesiastical_a court_n belong_v to_o any_o bishop_n of_o his_o province_n for_o any_o crime_n the_o chancellor_n commissary_n official_a or_o any_o other_o have_v ecclesiastical_a jurisdiction_n to_o who_o it_o shall_v appertain_v shall_v expedite_v the_o cause_n by_o process_n and_o other_o proceed_n against_o he_o and_o upon_o contumacy_n for_o not_o appear_v shall_v first_o suspend_v he_o and_o afterward_o his_o contumacy_n continue_v excommunicate_v he_o but_o if_o he_o appear_v and_o submit_v himself_o to_o the_o course_n of_o law_n than_o the_o matter_n be_v ready_a for_o sentence_n and_o the_o merit_n of_o his_o offence_n exact_v by_o law_n either_o deprivation_n from_o his_o live_n or_o deposition_n from_o the_o ministry_n no_o such_o sentence_n shall_v be_v pronounce_v by_o any_o person_n whosoever_o but_o only_o by_o the_o bishop_n with_o the_o assistance_n of_o his_o chancellor_n the_o dean_n if_o they_o may_v convenient_o be_v have_v and_o some_o of_o the_o prebendary_n if_o the_o court_n be_v keep_v near_o the_o cathedral_n church_n or_o of_o the_o archdeacon_n if_o he_o may_v be_v have_v
