reprooveable_a negligence_n but_o if_o the_o natural_a subject_n of_o this_o realm_n by_o their_o negligent_a manner_n shall_v consume_v or_o destroy_v three_o hundred_o of_o they_o be_v not_o their_o provision_n may_v be_v make_v of_o flesh_n a_o great_a deal_n better_a cheap_a but_o we_o must_v consider_v that_o although_o wind_n and_o weather_n serve_v well_o at_o some_o time_n that_o there_o be_v great_a plenty_n of_o fish_n take_v and_o by_o reason_n thereof_o sell_v reasonable_a good_a cheap_a yet_o other_o sometime_o either_o the_o wind_n and_o weather_n or_o the_o time_n and_o season_n serve_v not_o so_o that_o little_a store_n of_o fish_n be_v take_v nevertheless_o as_o afore_o have_v be_v say_v the_o fisherman_n live_v depend_v only_o thereupon_o must_v have_v a_o sufficient_a maintenance_n to_o live_v for_o he_o and_o his_o family_n be_v continue_v therein_o with_o great_a charge_n diverse_a way_n and_o therefore_o if_o he_o be_v not_o certain_a to_o sell_v that_o small_a store_n of_o fish_n which_o he_o have_v take_v in_o such_o a_o time_n of_o scarcity_n and_o that_o also_o at_o some_o good_a round_a price_n to_o recompense_v the_o travel_n and_o charge_n which_o with_o the_o adventure_n of_o his_o life_n and_o good_n he_o have_v obtain_v he_o neither_o will_v nor_o can_v continue_v his_o say_a trade_n and_o this_o have_v be_v and_o be_v the_o diet_n as_o salmon_n ling_n haberdine_n greenefish_n heringe_n and_o such_o like_a if_o there_o shall_v not_o be_v a_o certain_a time_n for_o the_o spend_n the_o provider_n can_v in_o no_o case_n season_n or_o make_v the_o same_o ready_a to_o be_v sufficient_a for_o the_o eater_n or_o spender_n when_o it_o shall_v be_v eat_v or_o spend_v which_o be_v season_v for_o one_o day_n will_v scarce_o like_a in_o the_o pasture_n feed_v at_o all_o time_n in_o a_o readiness_n to_o be_v spend_v but_o be_v at_o liberty_n in_o the_o wide_a and_o large_a sea_n upon_o the_o take_n and_o provide_v whereof_o diligent_a attendance_n must_v be_v give_v and_o also_o some_o sort_n or_o kind_n of_o fish_n must_v be_v take_v and_o provide_v long_a time_n before_o it_o will_v be_v sufficient_a to_o sundry_a way_n it_o may_v well_o be_v think_v therefore_o that_o this_o thing_n many_o year_n since_o be_v careful_o consider_v of_o with_o the_o commodity_n and_o discommodity_n that_o will_v grow_v by_o the_o uncertainty_n of_o the_o utterance_n of_o fish_n that_o certain_a day_n and_o time_n may_v be_v appoint_v for_o the_o fish_n to_o be_v utter_v and_o eat_v whereby_o a_o certain_a and_o sufficient_a provision_n may_v be_v also_o make_v or_o provide_v and_o although_o as_o before_o have_v be_v say_v abuse_v in_o continuance_n of_o time_n do_v grow_v by_o observation_n of_o the_o say_a flesh_n that_o please_v god_n nor_o the_o eat_n thereof_o that_o offend_v he_o but_o it_o be_v the_o obedience_n which_o god_n require_v to_o be_v yield_v and_o bear_v unto_o the_o prince_n and_o the_o care_n of_o the_o benefit_n of_o his_o people_n that_o please_v he_o and_o it_o be_v disobedience_n to_o the_o prince_n and_o the_o neglect_v of_o his_o people_n benefit_n that_o displease_v he_o i_o do_v also_o affirm_v that_o there_o be_v no_o conscience_n to_o be_v make_v in_o eat_v of_o flesh_n at_o any_o time_n as_o touch_v the_o flesh_n that_o be_v eat_v but_o there_o be_v conscience_n to_o be_v make_v in_o that_o the_o prince_n be_v disobey_v which_o be_v a_o contempt_n of_o god_n ordinance_n and_o the_o people_n benefit_n neglect_v which_o god_n require_v to_o be_v earnest_o seek_v and_o therefore_o a_o disobedience_n of_o the_o prince_n law_n can_v be_v do_v without_o offence_n to_o god_n for_o as_o god_n have_v ordain_v that_o prince_n shall_v govern_v so_o have_v he_o in_o sundry_a place_n of_o the_o scripture_n command_v that_o subject_n shall_v obey_v and_o the_o offence_n in_o every_o transgression_n be_v the_o more_o by_o how_o much_o the_o damage_n unto_o the_o people_n thereby_o grow_v great_a for_o we_o be_v teach_v to_o obey_v the_o necessary_a law_n and_o commandment_n of_o prince_n and_o not_o to_o neglect_v and_o contemn_v they_o to_o also_o consider_v that_o god_n have_v dispose_v thing_n so_o by_o creation_n that_o the_o increase_n of_o the_o earth_n do_v not_o suffice_v for_o the_o sustentation_n of_o the_o people_n but_o such_o thing_n as_o he_o have_v create_v in_o the_o sea_n and_o water_n must_v also_o be_v provide_v and_o it_o may_v be_v remember_v but_o few_o year_n past_a that_o fish_n do_v well_o nigh_o as_o much_o sustentation_n to_o the_o people_n of_o this_o realm_n as_o the_o flesh_n and_o
therefore_o to_o omit_v this_o relief_n must_v needs_o increase_v a_o scarcity_n of_o victual_n diverse_a and_o sundry_a way_n furthermore_o some_o man_n more_o rash_a than_o true_a in_o their_o judgement_n will_v not_o only_o think_v but_o say_v he_o that_o thus_o earnest_o persuade_v for_o a_o abstinence_n from_o flesh_n be_v either_o one_o of_o these_o three_o that_o follow_v or_o all_o that_o be_v to_o say_v a_o superstitious_a person_n a_o hypocrite_n or_o a_o papist_n and_o first_o he_o be_v account_v a_o superstitious_a person_n for_o that_o he_o be_v a_o forbidder_fw-mi of_o meat_n persuade_v the_o people_n thereunto_o and_o make_v conscience_n where_o no_o cause_n of_o conscience_n be_v esteem_v that_o unlawful_a which_o be_v not_o by_o god_n forbid_v herein_o such_o
