party_n to_o increase_v the_o say_a cost_n of_o suit_n by_o their_o discretion_n by_o a_o special_a rule_n of_o court_n to_o be_v enter_v for_o that_o purpose_n express_v the_o cause_n why_o such_o before_o the_o lord_n major_a of_o the_o say_a city_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o the_o alderman_n of_o their_o ward_n every_o constable_n or_o other_o person_n make_v default_n in_o any_o of_o the_o
