he_o although_o he_o well_o consider_v the_o innocency_n of_o christ_n &_o be_v well_o ascertain_v that_o he_o have_v not_o deserve_v the_o death_n as_o he_o himself_o also_o confess_v yet_o for_o the_o friendship_n &_o favour_n of_o the_o jew_n only_o he_o deliver_v jesus_n to_o the_o minister_n to_o be_v scourge_v to_o be_v crow_v with_o thorn_n to_o be_v spit_n upon_o &_o stryken_v beside_o all_o this_o be_v it_o not_o a_o great_a blindness_n he_o be_v scourge_v and_o most_o vyllainous_o entreat_v furthermore_o he_o bring_v he_o forth_o &_o say_v behold_v i_o bring_v he_o forth_o to_o you_o that_o you_o may_v know_v that_o i_o have_v find_v in_o he_o no_o cause_n worthy_a death_n if_o thou_o find_v no_o cause_n in_o he_o worthy_a of_o death_n i_o pray_v the_o pilot_n why_o that_o be_v in_o judgement_n thou_o shall_v do_v to_o a_o stranger_n and_o unknowen_a as_o to_o thy_o friend_n and_o acquaintance_n deal_v with_o the_o poor_a as_o with_o the_o rich_a and_o brief_o be_v to_o one_o man_n as_o to_o another_o so_o that_o no_o man_n may_v have_v just_a occasion_n to_o complain_v either_o of_o violence_n tyranny_n affection_n or_o favour_n parcialitee_n or_o injustice_n but_o this_o do_v not_o pilot_n here_o regard_n but_o lest_o he_o shall_v less_o caesar_n favour_n he_o willing_o do_v that_o thing_n for_o the_o jews_n pleasure_n that_o he_o be_v very_o well_o ascertayn_v to_o be_v unjust_a and_o untrue_a for_o why_o with_o his_o own_o mouth_n he_o pronounce_v that_o he_o find_v no_o cause_n in_o christ_n worthy_a death_n and_o yet_o presume_v he_o to_o do_v this_o horrible_a fact_n to_o condemn_v christ_n and_o to_o adjudge_v he_o to_o death_n now_o let_v we_o not_o think_v but_o that_o even_o in_o our_o time_n like_o iniquitee_n may_v be_v find_v time_n pilot_n sometime_o iudgethe_v in_o our_o time_n yea_o daily_a like_a ensample_n be_v do_v before_o our_o eye_n if_o man_n will_v at_o the_o least_o open_a their_o eye_n and_o look_n upon_o they_o for_o where_o christ_n our_o lord_n be_v and_o reign_v by_o his_o word_n spirit_n and_o gospel_n there_o must_v it_o needs_o be_v also_o that_o the_o poor_a christian_n suffer_v all_o tyranny_n of_o the_o enemy_n of_o the_o gospel_n yea_o though_o their_o behaviour_n be_v such_o that_o they_o offend_v and_o hurt_v no_o man_n furthermore_o it_o be_v impossible_a but_o such_o as_o be_v adversaries_n of_o the_o truth_n shall_v together_o conspire_v against_o it_o yea_o though_o they_o before_o be_v most_o utter_a enemy_n as_o in_o this_o place_n we_o see_v pilot_n &_o herode_fw-la do_v even_o so_o in_o our_o time_n we_o see_v they_o that_o before_o be_v mortal_a enemy_n &_o at_o dissension_n with_o in_o themselves_o now_o they_o become_v high_a lover_n &_o friend_n and_o agree_v in_o one_o to_o persecute_v the_o gospel_n and_o to_o murder_v innocent_n but_o be_v thou_o of_o a_o good_a comfort_n thou_o i_o say_v that_o have_v receive_v the_o truth_n &_o love_v it_o we_o have_v this_o christ_n which_o rise_v from_o death_n the_o thyrd_o day_n &_o overcome_v all_o his_o enemy_n and_o adversary_n &_o furthermore_o have_v receyve_v all_o power_n in_o heaven_n and_o earth_n this_o christ_n if_o we_o continue_v steadfast_a in_o faith_n unto_o the_o end_n will_v take_v our_o part_n stand_v on_o our_o side_n &_o save_v we_o so_o that_o we_o shall_v never_o be_v separate_a from_o he_o four_o countenance_n the_o truth_n be_v everies_a stead_n out_o of_o countenance_n pilot_n again_o skornful_o ask_v christ_n sai_v what_o be_v truth_n take_v occasion_n riches_n will_v pluck_v i_o from_o it_o yet_o must_v i_o set_v more_o by_o the_o word_n then_o by_o all_o these_o for_o better_v it_o be_v that_o i_o forsake_v all_o thing_n be_v they_o never_o so_o dear_a and_o precious_a in_o this_o world_n and_o to_o be_v save_v afore_o god_n then_o to_o have_v all_o man_n my_o friend_n and_o be_v separate_v from_o god_n and_o see_v that_o god_n will_v so_o extremelye_o punyshe_a theym_n that_o raise_v such_o slander_n what_o think_v you_o shall_v come_v to_o such_o as_o for_o those_o slander_n leave_v and_o forsake_v the_o truth_n doubtless_o he_o spirit_n that_o we_o may_v be_v able_a to_o do_v those_o thing_n that_o he_o have_v command_v and_o this_o be_v the_o only_a cause_n why_o he_o himself_o say_v of_o his_o precept_n my_o yoke_n be_v sweet_a &_o my_o burden_n light_n and_o saint_n john_n in_o his_o epistle_n canonical_a say_v his_o commandment_n be_v not_o heavy_a wherefore_o these_o work_v of_o love_n be_v not_o hypocrite_n work_n like_v as_o the_o work_n of_o the_o law_n be_v which_o the_o jew_n do_v without_o spirit_n but_o whatsoever_o a_o christian_a do_v in_o this_o behalf_n he_o do_v it_o with_o a_o whole_a heart_n 14_o 1_o co._n 14_o even_o as_o saint_n paul_n say_v charitee_n seek_v not_o the_o thing_n that_o be_v she_o own_o for_o why_o a_o christian_n know_v that_o christ_n require_v not_o only_o true_a faith_n that_o worship_v the_o father_n in_o spirit_n and_o truth_n but_o also_o he_o require_v a_o unfeigned_a love_n further_o note_v that_o this_o love_n sprynge_v not_o of_o herself_o but_o it_o sprynge_v forth_o of_o faith_n so_o that_o whersoever_o there_o be_v no_o faith_n there_o can_v never_o be_v any_o true_a love_n love._n fayth_n love._n faith_n hear_v the_o word_n of_o god_n &_o take_v hold_v upon_o those_o thing_n that_o the_o same_o word_n promyse_v in_o the_o meryte_n of_o christ_n and_o so_o obtain_v without_o any_o merit_n of_o work_n only_o of_o mere_a grace_n and_o
