the_o while_n that_o which_o ought_v in_o the_o first_o and_o chief_a place_n to_o be_v remember_v the_o supreme_a mover_n and_o orderer_n even_o of_o those_o cause_n and_o of_o the_o whole_a matter_n to_o learn_v to_o live_v above_o the_o world_n and_o to_o be_v bring_v to_o the_o practice_n of_o piety_n by_o the_o promise_v of_o immortality_n in_o a_o future_a state_n to_o reward_v they_o for_o be_v to_o teach_v all_o mankind_n to_o worship_v the_o father_n in_o spirit_n and_o in_o truth_n and_o to_o convert_v the_o nation_n from_o idolatry_n the_o scheme_n of_o the_o mosaic_a worship_n be_v take_v down_o and_o the_o church_n be_v furnish_v with_o nothing_o but_o prayer_n and_o praise_n two_o sacrament_n and_o one_o mediator_n but_o by_o all_o this_o it_o appear_v that_o the_o design_n of_o the_o gospel_n in_o this_o matter_n run_v counter_a to_o the_o fond_a and_o foolish_a inclination_n of_o mankind_n and_o therefore_o that_o offence_n be_v ready_a to_o come_v upon_o this_o account_n also_o so_o that_o consider_v the_o temper_n and_o design_n of_o the_o gospel_n it_o be_v a_o religion_n too_o good_a for_o a_o wicked_a world_n too_o wise_a for_o a_o vain_a and_o foolish_a a_o little_a space_n leave_v for_o repentance_n but_o god_n will_v have_v all_o man_n to_o repent_v and_o to_o come_v to_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o truth_n and_o he_o be_v long-suffering_a to_o us-ward_n not_o willing_a that_o any_o shall_v perish_v but_o that_o all_o shall_v come_v to_o repentance_n god_n forbearance_n be_v necessary_a that_o there_o may_v be_v room_n for_o other_o proper_a hinder_v but_o that_o he_o may_v be_v say_v to_o come_v often_o before_o the_o end_n of_o the_o world_n i._n e._n as_o often_o as_o his_o providence_n do_v signal_o and_o remarkable_o appear_v for_o not_o find_v faith_n on_o the_o earth_n or_o very_o little_a in_o comparison_n but_o what_o be_v here_o mean_v by_o faith_n i_o answer_v that_o be_v easy_o discern_v by_o the_o parable_n and_o the_o application_n of_o it_o that_o go_v before_o the_o design_n of_o both_o which_o be_v to_o infer_v the_o conclusion_n in_o the_o forego_n verse_n and_o shall_v not_o god_n avenge_v his_o own_o elect_n
