not_o to_o err_v in_o the_o mean_v of_o it_o for_o in_o that_o our_o lord_n ask_v when_o the_o son_n of_o man_n come_v shall_v he_o find_v faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n it_o be_v as_o if_o he_o shall_v have_v say_v in_o plain_a and_o peremptory_a term_n that_o at_o his_o second_o come_v from_o heaven_n to_o judge_v the_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o earth_n he_o shall_v not_o find_v many_o christian_n who_o will_v pray_v with_o that_o faith_n which_o alone_o can_v enable_v they_o to_o pray_v without_o cease_v and_o not_o to_o faint_v when_o he_o shall_v come_v to_o save_v believer_n he_o will_v faith_n concern_v the_o be_v of_o heaven_n and_o hell_n a_o life_n after_o death_n and_o a_o day_n of_o judgement_n as_o that_o there_o be_v such_o a_o place_n as_o constantinople_n or_o utopia_n whereof_o tho'_o this_o be_v as_o fictitious_a as_o that_o be_v real_a yet_o by_o ignaroe_n in_o geography_n they_o be_v believe_v both_o alike_o thus_o in_o one_o sense_n or_o other_o faith_n be_v we_o whether_o for_o a_o firm_a adhaerence_n unto_o the_o truth_n of_o christ_n gospel_n in_o all_o its_o doctrine_n or_o for_o a_o faithful_a punctuality_n in_o all_o commerce_n and_o transaction_n betwixt_o man_n and_o man_n whether_o in_o that_o as_o the_o cause_n of_o this_o or_o in_o this_o as_o the_o fruit_n of_o that_o for_o it_o be_v not_o pertinent_a now_o to_o mention_v all_o the_o other_o acception_n of_o faith_n in_o scripture_n we_o shall_v have_v reason_n to_o suspect_v the_o world_n be_v draw_v towards_o its_o end_n in_o that_o the_o predication_n of_o our_o saviour_n be_v draw_v so_o near_o its_o completion_n before_o i_o come_v to_o prove_v or_o apply_v the_o doctrine_n it_o will_v perhaps_o be_v worth_a while_n to_o take_v a_o view_n of_o the_o description_n of_o the_o last_o and_o worst_a day_n as_o st._n peter_n and_o st._n paul_n have_v draw_v it_o up_o for_o we_o in_o their_o epistle_n the_o one_o in_o gross_a and_o the_o other_o in_o the_o retail_n
