seem_v that_o this_o shall_v not_o be_v true_a which_o the_o preacher_n do_v here_o avouch_v that_o the_o day_n of_o death_n shall_v be_v better_a than_o the_o day_n of_o birth_n but_o rather_o that_o the_o day_n of_o death_n shall_v be_v the_o most_o doleful_a and_o terrible_a day_n of_o all_o answ_n we_o be_v here_o to_o understand_v that_o when_o our_o saviour_n christ_n pray_v in_o this_o sort_n as_o we_o have_v hear_v he_o be_v in_o his_o agony_n and_o he_o then_o as_o our_o redeemer_n stand_v in_o our_o room_n and_o stead_n to_o suffer_v and_o endure_v all_o thing_n which_o we_o against_o the_o bodily_a or_o natural_a death_n but_o against_o the_o curse_a death_n of_o the_o cross_n for_o he_o fear_v not_o death_n itself_o which_o be_v the_o separate_n of_o soul_n and_o body_n debt_n for_o the_o pleasure_n of_o his_o friend_n and_o be_v not_o move_v with_o anger_n or_o grief_n for_o the_o same_o stay_v then_o your_o tear_n if_o you_o will_v be_v judge_v a_o friend_n and_o neither_o grudge_n to_o god_n the_o company_n of_o his_o child_n nor_o to_o the_o child_n the_o presence_n of_o his_o god_n because_o this_o be_v wicked_a think_v of_o the_o glory_n company_n immortality_n and_o joy_n and_o comfort_n with_o the_o bless_a trinity_n and_o all_o the_o host_n of_o heaven_n that_o now_o your_o friend_n enjoy_v think_v of_o the_o woe_n and_o misery_n in_o this_o wretched_a vale_n of_o tear_n from_o which_o he_o be_v free_v and_o then_o judge_v you_o if_o the_o apostle_n say_v not_o true_a that_o it_o be_v best_o to_o be_v loose_v and_o to_o be_v with_o christ_n if_o this_o best_a be_v now_o at_o this_o instant_n fall_v to_o your_o good_a friend_n by_o god_n good_a mercy_n bless_v god_n for_o it_o and_o comfort_v yourself_o that_o your_o friend_n enjoy_v such_o endless_a joy_n and_o comfort_n and_o thereby_o shall_v you_o show_v yourself_o a_o friend_n indeed_o and_o all_o that_o be_v godly_a and_o wise_a can_v but_o think_v well_o of_o you_o and_o cry_v out_o when_o they_o go_v how_o shall_v i_o do_v how_o shall_v i_o live_v what_o joy_n can_v i_o now_o have_v be_v this_o hope_n be_v this_o trust_n be_v this_o faith_n fie_o that_o ever_o affection_n and_o passion_n shall_v carry_v any_o good_a child_n of_o god_n so_o far_o from_o his_o duty_n and_o from_o true_a knowledge_n i_o say_v again_o our_o friend_n be_v our_o comfort_n while_o the_o lord_n dare_v they_o and_o when_o our_o friend_n return_v to_o his_o earth_n yet_o the_o lord_n be_v in_o heaven_n where_o he_o ever_o be_v if_o i_o have_v lose_v my_o father_n to_o be_v my_o father_n mother_n sister_n friend_n yea_o all_o in_o all_o to_o i_o whatsoever_o i_o want_v therefore_o while_o he_o live_v which_o be_v and_o shall_v be_v for_o ever_o i_o can_v be_v friendless_a
