needs_o prove_v a_o bankrupt_a that_o be_v worse_o than_o naught_o when_o he_o begin_v some_o tell_v we_o that_o tree_n shoot_v above_o ground_n as_o much_o and_o no_o more_o than_o they_o do_v under_o ground_n i_o be_o sure_a there_o be_v no_o more_o godliness_n outward_o in_o the_o life_n than_o there_o be_v inward_o in_o the_o heart_n if_o the_o fear_n and_o love_n of_o god_n be_v the_o great_a spring_n to_o set_v all_o the_o wheel_n a_o go_v in_o the_o way_n of_o religion_n than_o all_o be_v right_a but_o till_o then_o nothing_o be_v right_a if_o there_o be_v not_o the_o oil_n of_o solid_a grace_n in_o the_o vessel_n of_o the_o heart_n to_o feed_v profession_n in_o the_o lamp_n and_o holiness_n in_o the_o life_n both_o will_v quick_o sail_v when_o god_n intend_v that_o his_o people_n shall_v walk_v in_o his_o statute_n keep_v his_o judgement_n and_o do_v they_o what_o do_v he_o for_o they_o to_o prepare_v they_o and_o enable_v they_o thereunto_o true_o this_o he_o regenerate_v they_o and_o change_v they_o and_o put_v a_o new_a principle_n into_o they_o i_o will_v give_v they_o a_o new_a heart_n and_o a_o new_a spirit_n ezek._n 36.26_o i_o will_v cast_v they_o in_o the_o fire_n of_o my_o word_n and_o though_o they_o be_v old_a tough_a untoward_a metal_n i_o will_v melt_v they_o and_o soften_v they_o and_o they_o shall_v run_v into_o my_o mould_n but_o how_o can_v this_o be_v nature_n will_v still_o run_v into_o its_o old_a temper_n though_o it_o may_v be_v a_o little_a alter_v in_o its_o form_n yet_o it_o will_v still_o continue_v the_o same_o in_o substance_n and_o matter_n no_o i_o will_v put_v my_o spirit_n into_o they_o and_o they_o shall_v walk_v in_o my_o commandment_n and_o do_v they_o my_o spirit_n shall_v renew_v and_o quite_o alter_v their_o spirit_n it_o shall_v turn_v the_o stream_n of_o their_o heart_n from_o the_o world_n and_o flesh_n unto_o god_n and_o shall_v be_v in_o they_o a_o principle_n of_o spiritual_a life_n and_o motion_n srengthen_v they_o to_o walk_v in_o my_o statute_n and_o to_o keep_v my_o commandment_n and_o do_v they_o the_o natural_a spirit_n will_v have_v serve_v to_o do_v natural_a action_n the_o spirit_n of_o the_o world_n will_v have_v serve_v for_o a_o man_n to_o have_v walk_v according_a to_o the_o course_n of_o the_o world_n but_o no_o less_o than_o a_o new_a spirit_n can_v serve_v for_o a_o new_a life_n and_o nothing_o below_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n can_v help_v unto_o a_o faithful_a walk_n with_o god_n two_o thing_n reader_n i_o will_v special_o commend_v to_o thou_o without_o which_o thou_o can_v never_o right_o obey_v any_o positive_a precept_n and_o they_o be_v to_o make_v sure_a of_o a_o change_n in_o thy_o judgement_n and_o thy_o heart_n 1._o make_v sure_a of_o a_o change_n in_o thy_o judgement_n concern_v sin_n and_o obedience_n by_o nature_n thou_o have_v look_v on_o sin_n as_o achan_n on_o the_o wedge_n of_o gold_n and_o david_n on_o bathsheba_n as_o lovely_a and_o desirable_a thou_o have_v behold_v it_o through_o the_o devil_n spectacle_n and_o so_o have_v judge_v it_o eligible_a if_o still_o thou_o be_v of_o the_o same_o mind_n though_o
