acknowledge_v the_o truth_n of_o this_o namely_o that_o the_o state_n and_o condition_n of_o a_o man_n or_o woman_n wound_v in_o spirit_n be_v not_o so_o hard_a or_o heavy_a so_o dangerous_a or_o deadly_a as_o many_o time_n we_o take_v it_o or_o man_n make_v it_o to_o be_v but_o now_o let_v we_o descend_v to_o the_o use_n of_o it_o by_o all_o this_o we_o may_v see_v how_o much_o they_o be_v out_o of_o the_o way_n that_o judge_v the_o disquiet_n and_o distress_a estate_n of_o god_n people_n in_o this_o world_n either_o by_o god_n to_o be_v lay_v upon_o they_o for_o sin_n which_o be_v false_a for_o god_n do_v not_o always_o punish_v he_o for_o their_o iniquity_n and_o there_o be_v many_o cause_n that_o may_v move_v the_o godly_a to_o mourn_v as_o well_o as_o for_o their_o own_o sin_n for_o example_n the_o mischief_n intend_v and_o practise_v against_o the_o church_n the_o disorder_n and_o breach_n of_o the_o common_a wealth_n the_o general_a overflow_a of_o sin_n and_o iniquity_n in_o other_o with_o sundry_a such_o like_a or_o else_o take_v it_o to_o be_v mere_a madness_n in_o they_o or_o at_o least_o superfluity_n and_o predominance_n and_o overrule_a of_o melancholy_n as_o for_o madness_n sure_o call_v it_o by_o what_o name_n you_o will_v frenzy_n lunacy_n or_o i_o can_v tell_v what_o it_o can_v be_v so_o for_o than_o it_o shall_v go_v and_o come_v according_a to_o the_o increase_n and_o wane_n of_o the_o moon_n and_o shall_v cause_v they_o affect_v therewith_o to_o be_v so_o unorderly_o yea_o so_o unruly_a as_o no_o man_n or_o matter_n almost_o shall_v be_v able_a to_o hold_v or_o guide_v they_o but_o those_o that_o be_v in_o this_o way_n touch_v we_o know_v to_o be_v for_o the_o most_o part_n in_o one_o estate_n and_o so_o far_o from_o unrulines_n that_o they_o be_v very_o meek_a patient_a and_o ready_a to_o be_v guide_v have_v so_o profit_v under_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n and_o by_o the_o feel_n of_o their_o own_o unworthiness_n that_o if_o any_o come_v to_o they_o and_o handle_v they_o rough_o in_o word_n or_o deed_n they_o bear_v it_o with_o quietness_n and_o say_v in_o some_o measure_n as_o the_o faithful_a do_v in_o the_o prophet_n micah_n i_o will_v bear_v the_o wrath_n of_o the_o lord_n because_o i_o have_v sin_v against_o he_o until_o he_o plead_v my_o cause_n and_o execute_v judgement_n for_o i_o at_o which_o time_n he_o will_v bring_v i_o forth_o to_o the_o light_n &_o i_o shall_v see_v his_o righteousness_n and_o as_o for_o melancholy_a i_o will_v not_o deny_v indeed_o but_o that_o the_o conflict_n of_o
