they_o and_o we_o must_v see_v they_o too_o heath_n attorney_n may_v it_o please_v your_o lordship_n the_o gentleman_n that_o be_v of_o council_n with_o the_o knight_n at_o the_o bar_n they_o have_v say_v much_o and_o speak_v very_o long_o for_o their_o client_n and_o to_o good_a purpose_n and_o pertinent_o it_o be_v a_o cause_n that_o carry_v with_o it_o a_o great_a deal_n of_o weight_n both_o towards_o the_o king_n and_o his_o subject_n also_o and_o i_o be_o not_o so_o hasty_a to_o put_v myself_o upon_o the_o main_a point_n of_o this_o cause_n when_o it_o be_v almost_o time_n for_o your_o lordship_n to_o rise_v my_o lord_n the_o gentleman_n have_v several_o speak_v and_o give_v and_o insist_v upon_o several_a reason_n and_o they_o have_v cite_v many_o precedent_n i_o can_v say_v something_o of_o they_o at_o this_o present_a and_o that_o some_o of_o they_o have_v be_v mistake_v and_o therefore_o i_o beseech_v your_o lordship_n that_o i_o may_v have_v time_n to_o answer_v that_o i_o may_v not_o wrong_v the_o cause_n of_o the_o king_n part_n or_o slight_v the_o cause_n on_o the_o subject_n part_n but_o that_o which_o i_o desire_v to_o say_v now_o be_v that_o these_o gentleman_n have_v all_o of_o they_o go_v in_o one_o form_n to_o divide_v the_o cause_n into_o two_o part_n part_n 1_o the_o first_o the_o form_n of_o the_o return_n part_n 2_o the_o second_o the_o be_v to_o know_v special_o the_o cause_n of_o the_o detain_v or_o what_o the_o cause_n of_o the_o caption_n be_v only_o and_o if_o the_o officer_n make_v answer_v to_o that_o which_o be_v require_v of_o he_o in_o the_o writ_n it_o be_v sufficient_a it_o may_v be_v there_o be_v precedent_n both_o way_n i_o be_o sure_a there_o be_v detention_n only_o and_o there_o be_v no_o cause_n why_o the_o his_o caption_n and_o detention_n also_o three_o they_o say_v that_o this_o return_n be_v uncertain_a and_o that_o it_o be_v the_o warrant_n of_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o council_n and_o not_o of_o the_o king_n by_o which_o he_o be_v commit_v for_o that_o my_o
lordship_n and_o all_o other_o but_o the_o party_n themselves_o for_o i_o except_v they_o my_o lord_n the_o great_a and_o mighty_a reason_n that_o they_o insist_v upon_o be_v the_o inconvenience_n that_o may_v come_v to_o the_o subject_n in_o their_o liberty_n if_o this_o return_n shall_v be_v good_a and_o this_o reason_n they_o infer_v out_o of_o record_n and_o book_n of_o the_o common_a law_n
